The perfect setting for an Ole Miss graduation. Plenty of space and able to get away from the crowds in Oxford.

Close enough to Oxford to be a good base for a game weekend. House was huge, with plenty of room for everyone.

Great experience from beginning to end. Host was easy to contact and property was just as described. Loved the screened in porch for dinner that was cool and quiet. All the farm animals were a delight and Water Valley doesn’t disappoint. Easy to get to Ole Miss games without the crowds. Trusty Diner and Crawdad Hole were must eat places only 5 mins away.

Cozy farmhouse with lots of space to spread out. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here during graduation weekend.
