Fantastic sea view from the sun terrace

We loved the house and especially the SPACIOUS terrace with the incredible view! We even had the great luck to watch dolphins from the terrace! The location is fantastic as the house is at the far end of Molunat and therfore, it is nicely calm. But restaurants, a small shop and a watersport rental is in walking distance. The communication with the host was extremely easy and fast.

our group had a wonderful week at Zora's. communication was seamless, our host was waiting when we arrived. The house tastefully and simply furnished. the kitchen has everything you need, we cooked quiet a bit. The master piece is off course the amazing terrace facing the sea. Ever night we saw a perfect sun set, cocktails in hand the grill sizzling dinner. crossing the street you have your own pier to jump in the water. It was quiet and exactly what we had hoped for. 2 little caveats especially for the price were that the showers flooded the bathrooms easily, and not all 3 bed rooms have A/C.

With its 3 ensuite bedrooms and location, at the end of the road, that is Molunat, with a large patio facing the water and private sea access, this house was an ideal base for my wife and I and our two older (17 and 22 yrs) kids. Our very enjoyable visits to Dubrovnik, Cavtat, and Montenegro were punctuated by leisurely breakfasts (nice pastries from the local shop, which was a 5 min walk) on the large deck with a fabulous view of the Adriatic Sea and diving in and swimming to the islands right across from the house......it was great. For us Molunat and this house had just the right balance between getting away from it all, but having a nice restaurant and store within walking distance and many exciting and interesting places to visit by car. The owners were great to work with, I highly recommend this property.

We (two adults and four young adults) loved Zora's house. The setting is perfect. Bedrooms are spacious and with own bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a holiday - quality all the way (including the Weber barbeque on the terrace). The view from the terrace is magnificent and we highly valued the proximity to water (few meters). We loved the small town with bar, shop and two small restaurants. Nice vacation atmosphere. We did a few trips (Bosnia, Dubrovnik and Kanavle) and can highly recommend the restaurant (20 minutes away by car): Kuraceva Kuca. Zora was very helpful and flexible during our stay. Answered any questions very quickly!
