A perfect getaway not too far outside of Portland. The river next to the spot was the perfect touch.

The kitchen was fantastic - we had all we needed to make lots of food! One thought would be to add coasters and a meat thermometer. The hot tub was warm and wonderful. The house was a little dusty and the sheets were stained/dirty upon arrival. Location and communication were excellent!

Quiet property located adjacent to the river at the end of the road. Close to several restaurants and a grocery store. Enjoyed the hot tub and sitting on the deck in the evenings.

Everything other than the hot tub (which was murky and had sand in there) was very cleanly and cozy.

We loved our stay here and would absolutely come back again. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and silverware. There were plenty of towels for both the shower and hot tub. Beds were comfy, with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. My only complaint is that there is a little walking trail that does get some foot traffic along the creek...which makes the hot tob not so private during the daylight hours.

It was remote, had river access, and was the perfect size with activities to do. 10/10 would go back again.

We really enjoyed all the amenities of the cabin! The privacy and surrounding nature was really lovely. There was plenty of outdoor seating and a fire pit. The cabin was well stocked with towels and soaps, and the kitchen was fully equipped and enjoyable to cook in. We noticed some issues with cleanliness - like dishes being cloudy and crumbs on the couch, which would have made this an easy five star stay if resolved.

Location is great! Cabin potential is excellent and atmosphere is relaxing. River is great but trails need maintained better. There was no propane in grill and it was not cleaned at all. Hot tub was dirty!? Lots of cob webs and dust and spiders inside. No form of communication or even a booklet/check in/welcome package or info from hosts at all and Vacasa app was not working. Remote for watching a movie was broken. Dishwasher was full of food and smelly and does not clean properly, listing includes firewood but there is very little that isn't under lock and key and unable for guests to use. Beds are very comfortable :)

Location! River!! Peaceful and fire pit was great. It is not maintained or cleaned properly at all for new guest arrival and no propane for grill/hot tub dirty/house dusty with many cob webs and spiders/dishwasher was gross. really cool possibilities and just needs better managed. Some form of property logistics/welcome book or.....anything would be proper.

Cabin was perfect for the three of us. A well equipped kitchen, bathrooms on each floor, plenty of towels and a laundry area (shared with downstairs bathroom) made for extra convenience! Our bed was nice & firm and our son said the twin beds were firm as well. Didn't use the loft bed, but used a pillow from it. (NOTE: You might want to bring an extra pillow or two as we didnt see any extras in the closets) The uncovered hot tub on the deck overlooking the river was great and made special when the rain turned into snow. No need for space heaters since a mini-split unit was installed in the living room area and we basically only used the wood stove for ambiance. The location was very convenient for skiing being only @15 minutes away, but the @1/4 mile drive from US26 was atrocious as it required very slow navigation over the potholes. Nevertheless, our son's Honda Civic made it thru albeit scraping the road once or twice. My RAV4 didn't have any issue, though. On the other hand, US26 was a very nicely maintained road that, while snow had coated the road at the summit, the traction was still decent and the weekday traffic was light. The market & gas station a couple of miles away provided for most of our needs while staying there. Yes, we would rent this cabin again!

My husband and I recently stayed there for 4 nights and wished we'd had time to stay longer. This place was close to a small river, surrounded by trees, and in a small, quirky neighborhood. Loved it all! The house was spacious and the kitchen seemed well stocked though we only cooked a couple of meals there. It's in a great location and very peaceful. Would love to stay there again and would totally recommend!

This cabin is close to the river, so we loved that we could hear the water. The cabin is really nice and has a rustic feel to it, even-though it has all amenities needed. I was impressed by the nice appliances and the overall layout of the place. Its surprisingly large.

I stayed at this cabin-like private residence on the river with two brothers (25&26) for a disc golf trip to the Milo McIver course roughly 45 minutes away. Very close to Mt Hood. Hot tub, board games, fully equipped kitchen were excellent features. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

This property has everything to make it feel like a home away from home. If we stay in the Mt. Hood area again, this property would definitely be our first pick.

Right off the highway but quite in a very quaint 'campy' neighborhood. Kitchen and baths well appointed with everything you'd need. Loved the ten second walk to the river and another minute to a place you can walk down where there is a deeper area to swim. But beware, it is cold water! I'd recommend swimming in the Salmon River at the Wildwood Recreation Area, only a five minute drive and a small car fee to enter and explore.

Everything about the home was as advertised. Access was easy and the home was large, comfortable, and clean. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets. The river was beautiful to have out back. We had easy access to many great hiking trails. And we made use of the hot tub! Would’ve loved a little book of hiking and dining recommendations. If it had been a little warmer we would’ve wanted more/nicer outdoor furniture for lounging on the porch. And some of the indoor furniture could be a bit smaller to better fit room sizes. But we’d would absolutely stay here again.
