Fantastic Outdoor Living! Private Hot Tub and Summer Pool!

The property was clean upon arrival and everything was generally in working order. We appreciated that the home was well-kept and organized.However, we experienced an issue with the hot water. When the kids attempted to take a bath, the hot water ran out very quickly and turned cold after only a short period, making it impossible for them to finish. We weren’t sure if this was normal for the house, so we tried contacting the host by phone and through messaging but did not receive a response until the next day.It appears the hot water supply runs out fairly quickly, so we adjusted by taking short showers and were able to manage for the remainder of our stay. It would be helpful for future guests to be aware of this limitation in advance.

Perfect house for a getaway with kiddos.

This was an awesome house. Loved the playroom as welll. If anyone is looking for an easy worry free experience, this a good spot.

The Tamarac Lodge was the perfect pre-Christmas getaway for our family. We were welcomed with a beautiful Christmas tree, light holiday music in a warm cozy cabin. Plenty of space for our family of 6 and even had a welcome basket for our pup. The hot tub was clean and set to the perfect temperature to enjoy during the snowfall. Thank you. We’ll definitely be back!

Only complaints are no dvd player in the living room with the big comfy couch, the fireplace didn't work (dead batteries in the remote?), there's an insanely detailed and complicated instruction sheet for the tv and sound system complete with a photo of the remote. We searched and searched for this remote thinking it might be in a bedroom only to realize it's just outdated instructions and there's a completely different remote now. All small and easy to ignore issues, but there was a big complaint. A main attraction in choosing this house over others was the huge soaking tub. It should be criminal to have such a tub and not make sure there's a hot water heater with the capacity to fill it. It didn't even get 1/3 full and the water had already gone ice cold. I even waited and tried again thinking maybe it's hot on demand. Nope. Such a disappointment. The owners should seriously take a look at fixing that.

A spacious house with a nice yard, perfect for 2 families with kinds to do all kinds of snowplay. We have enjoyed it.

We recently stayed here over Christmas and it was the perfect place for our family, including our dog. The house was equipped with all necessities in kitchen and they even had extra items for the dog such as water bowl (and much was very thoughtful). The house was clean and in a very nice neighborhood. We will definitely go back again in the summer to enjoy the warm weather activities.

The minute we walked in, it felt like a wintry Christmas lodge with the decorated christmas tree lit upon our arrival. The home was very spacious for five adults and one pooch. Loved the layout of the home, especially the open kitchen and countertop island. Also, really liked how the rooms were separate from each other. The decor is perfect for the home! We also enjoyed the heated garage with ping pong table and the big yard with hot tub. Great fun! Such a wonderful home and area. Thank you. We will be back!!

We were living out of our grocery bags. There were 5 hangers in the house, no wall hangers in the laundry or garage for coats etc, no closet available in the master, and the top bunk does not have a railing which is unsafe so our 8 year old grandson slept on the couch which was not good when the adults wanted to stay up. We really had a good time but these things irritated me for the money. Some of this could easily be fixed. We would rent again if it is.

This house was amazing for a girls weekend end getaway! Enough bedrooms and bathrooms and loved the spacious living room and kitchen. Never felt crowded with 7 adults. The beds were a little on the hard side and wish they were queens instead of fulls. But overall we had the best vacation!
