Fantastic oceanfront home w/private pool & hot tub, WiFi, central AC, & deck

House was very well stocked with dishes. cookware and cultlery. Great location and outside area was well stocked with chairs and swim toys. Only issue was the umbrella on the patio would not go up and down easily . It took a lot of work to get it to go down and three days we could not get it to go down. Repairman said he would check on a replacement but never heard or saw him again. We did have a couple of plumbing issues but they were quickly taken care of. A wonderful week for the nine of us whao stayed here

We stayed a week with 9 people in the house. The house was just what we needed for the week's vacation. The Ocean and pool were used extensively for our stay. House was well equipped with kitchen china and cutlery as well as cooking pans and dishes. We had a couple of plumbing issues when we arrived and they were taken care of on Monday. The umbrella was a chore to raise and lower and the repair person who came for another problem said he would check to get us a new one but never saw nor heard from him again. Having the two refrigerators was a big plus for such a large group. We would stay here again.

Windancer is a wonderful spot for a family to enjoy a great beach vacation. There is plenty of living space, the kitchen is large, and the pool and hot tub are awesome when you are done with the beach. The beach is steps from the ocean and not crowded. Definitely a place to visit!

We've loved bringing our kids and grandkids here for years. Sadly they are doubling their rates so we'll start looking for other destinations in the future.

Loved the house. The location and every little detail. I was somewhat taken aback by the tone of the check in documents but I didn’t have an issue with the requirements so I just let it go. Unfortunately, The dryer wasn’t working after the first day which really affected our use of the property. I was only able to reach them by text and while they were quick to respond with apologies and to get someone out to determine what part needed to be ordered to fix the problem, nothing was offered to mitigate the situation for the week that we paid for a property with washer/dryer until midday of our last day when fresh towels were offered. Too late to even bother as we had made it through the week with the same unwashed towels (1 per person for the week). While I enjoyed a wonderful time with family at the beach, I have a new appreciation for clean dry towels and will be looking for a property with another agency for next year!

House was very attractive and comfortable. Great location. Was perfect for our family.

The pool is very large, we loved it. The screened in porch was a nice place to hang out in the evening after dark. Super Large Kitchen. The house is wonderful but like any rental property it's showing signs of being a bit dated.

Overall could be a great property with correct cleaning and maintenance

We have stayed in sandbridge for 5 years and this was the nicest place we have stayed in for a large family. Very spacious, love the pool and jacuzzi, kitchen is very large. Master bedroom has a beautiful view of the ocean. With family growing and kids older it is definitely a great place where everyone has room. I agree with some of the other reviews that house could use some simple TLC and the shower water was cold for a couple days which would have been the only real complaint. Already talked about coming back next year!
