Fantastic, Multi-Level Home Across From Beach w/Free WiFi, AC, W/D, Deck

The parking under the house is very tight!

This house fit us very well. The living room was a cozy place for all of us to gather. We loved the deck with the marsh views for morning coffee. The beach access was not far at all which was nice. We would stay again!

This home was amazing, for our much needed vacation. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the décor and furniture gave it such a cozy vibe. We were very sad to have to leave.

Plenty of space, well equipped, private beach access, several outside decks and outside shower. Would absolutely rent again

This house is comfortable, pretty, has nice furnishings, beautiful and well stocked kitchen, lovely views and easy beach access. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, perfect location, we love staying here every year!!!!

The house has the perfect amount of space for our party of 6 (2 adults and 4 teens). We loved that they had their own area upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked great. The beach access is very convenient and the outside shower was nice to be able to rinse the sand off after the beach. The house was decorated nicely and felt very cozy. My only complaint, which seems common with most rentals, is that the beds were not comfy. The downstairs King was particularly bad. We went to Walmart and bought a foam topper and that made a huge difference. We will definitely stay here again and have already booked for next year! We will just bring our mattress topper back with us ?.

When we first enter the home, it looked clean and we were pleased. The property is becoming rundown however. Walls have dust webs hanging. Walls and cabinets need to be painted.The kitchen cabinets need to be replaced. We tried to clean the gunk around the cabinet knobs, however it's worn and stained into the material. I understand that cleaning crews have only a certain amount of time to clean homes, but it would be nice to think that from time to time, homes received a proper cleaning. We found roaches in the home. One time I was laying in the bed and looked at the ceiling to see a dark spot not noted before. This turned out to be a rather large roach. It makes me shutter to think about it. We did report the front stair rail was loose and this was repaired. The vacuum didn't work properly. Hair was wrapped around the beater bar preventing it from moving properly. If we discovered this, how well was the home vacuumed. Vacasa did bring out a new vaccum. When you're sitting in the bathroom, it's yucky looking at the baseboards and just the general state of the room. I'm not certain when the floors under the beds were last vacuumed. This home is in a great location however it does need some work. I hope this report goes straight to Vacasa and not the public. I want this to be helpfull and hope that Vacasa will look into my concerns.This is just an average property.

The house did fit 10 people as advertised and was very close to public beach access. The main floor was very spacious, and the deck areas and views were very nice.

The house was very nice and a good fit for our family, but there were some issues with who ever cleaned before we got there! Recycle bin, when we went to replace the bag for the first time was filthy and smelled terrible, they had to notice when they put the new bag on! And there were unclean drawers, however, Vacasa sent a person on call to come and clean and she was very apologetic and very thorough! Note she was not one of the original cleaning crew.
