Fantastic Modern Home with Million Dollar Views

Just as the description states, the pictures do not do this home justice! The views of the mountains is stunning, we never got tired of looking at it. It was so quiet and peaceful, you know you are relaxing when you just watch the hummingbirds at the feeder for an hour at a time.The location of the home was ideal for us. It is located about 30 minutes from Mueller State Park and trails leading to Pikes Peak, The Royal Gorge and Canon City is less than an hour to the south where there are more beautiful trails. We were also just 90 minutes from great trails in FairPlay and Buena Vista. Truly the perfect spot if you like hiking as we do! In addition, Colorado Springs is just an hour away so it's a short drive from the airport and other attractions in the city. We were fortunate to have an extended stay so we really had the opportunity to discover the local places to eat. Woodland Park is just 25 minutes away with large grocery stores and other shopping but you can also find most of what you need at the little grocery store in Florissant. The home is well laid out and all the beds are very comfortable-a must for us! The master bedroom has great views of the mountains as well. The kitchen is large and perfectly equipped, we had everything we needed. The family room was very comfortable and a great spot for family game night.We had our dog with us and the roads around the home are great for dog walking. We can't wait to return next year!

The owners have a beautiful spot here. Nice place to get away from everything. It was exactly what we needed. There was many things to do within the area and the owners supplied an abundance of information to make sure we had a thorough experience. Overall Jennifer and John were very accommodating and have a really fun and comfortable place in the mountains.

What a wonderful home to spend a relaxing New Year’s Eve. We booked last minute and John and Jennifer were very accommodating. They were quick to respond and very communicative. The views from the large glass windows and doors were exceptional. You could even see fireworks off the balcony. We would love to come back.

John and Jennifer are amazing hosts. Great communication. We stayed with my family and our companion dog Astro. Pictures don’t make justice to the house, is gorgeous. The views are stunning. The house has everything you might need. Is in a really good spot we went to Colorado Springs, Woodland Park, Breckenridge.
