Fantastic Location, Beautiful View Of The Lake, In Osage Beach on the 17 MM

Beautiful, clean property. Very peaceful, great amenities and well located to stores and restaurants.

Such a beautiful place to relax. Literally a few minutes from town, but feels secluded. Stayed here for bikefest and already booked for next years a day before we left, while relaxing on the dock. As alot of these reviews state, Karen, the owner is such an amazing person and exceptional host.

My friends and I were looking for a place to host a getaway retreat. The kozy cottage was the perfect place. Karen came a greeted us as soon as we arrived, answered any questions and showed what we had access to on the lake. The home was ready and clean for us. The patio was nice and relaxing. And we spent a good amount of time in water off the patio.

We had a great time on the dock with our young adult daughters. Perfect place for us 4. Only a few minutes up to the city of Osage Beach. Enjoyed our sunset evening views. Cottage was comfortable and relaxing. We definitely look forward to coming back.

The cottage was absolutely beautiful! So welcoming and comfortable. Its in cove off the main channel so the boat noise is very minimal. Fantastic views of the lake from the dining/living room. The beds were so comfortable!!! I would definitely book this charming little cottage again in the future! Thank you Karen for the lovely stay!

We stayed for the big bass bash and it was exceptional, wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful property stocked with everything you need. Hosts were very nice and responsive. My son and I had a wonderful relaxing weekend fishing on the dock, taking out the paddle pontoon, and watching movies! Will return for sure!

Great view of the water right from the living room with giant windows. Loved sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the morning watching the boats. We had such a great time on the dock, it had everything we needed. It was a blast and my husband who does not get in lakes actually swam in it! Great hosts who were very attentive!

This place is a gem! Great location! The hosts checked on us to see if we needed anything, but the place is so fully furnished there isn’t much you will want or need. If you are looking at a place to enjoy lake life, this is it. We will be back!

This was our first visit to Lake of the Ozarks, and we were so lucky to stay at the Kozy Kottage. Beautiful views, great location, and welcoming hosts. The cottage was recently updated and offers everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!
