Everything was amazing came in for a quick wedding weekend. From day one was an amazing place to relax. My three kids loved the rooms and the backyard. The master bathroom for was the star of the show. Would recommend highly. My n only complaint was that we had to leave.

They had literally everything you could need for a stay! The kitchen was fully stocked plus coffee, bathrooms had extra everything and everything was so neatly put together and just make it all the more beautiful of a stay. I will definitely be coming back here for my stays in VB and I see why they have a 10/10 rating. The host also helped us out with a few things and was quick to answer any questions we had it was 100% stress free :)

This house was very clean and we enjoyed the open floor plan. The master bathroom was a pleasant surprise as well! The owners responded quickly to one small issue which made the stay more enjoyable. The walk to the boardwalk was only about 5 minutes. We would definitely recommend staying here again and plan on coming back soon!!

Our stay at this house was really perfect! It was clean, well equipped and roomy. The host was very responsive and helpful and got back to us quickly when we had questions. The kitchen had every utensil imaginable; pots, pans, dishes, etc., and everything was in great shape; no mismatched dishes and burned, melted or nasty looking tools. There were plenty of towels and pillows. There are some great restaurants very close by, as well as a grocery store. We had no problems finding a good place to eat. The street and neighborhood was quiet. The back deck is very pleasant and we had fun watching the squirrels in the huge oak tree in the back yard. I highly recommend this house and host and would definitely stay here again. It is very comfortable and relaxing.

Everything about this was just what we needed. The design was simple, clean, and open...just perfect for my family. With an active 18 month old, I really appreciated the plexiglass covering the upstairs loft banister. Really enjoyed our stay!

What an amazing, cozy, and super clean property. We enjoyed treed neighborhood and having only a 4 block walk to the beach. Since we had some elderly travelers with us we would find parking a bit closer to the beach when necessary, which was in abundance in September. My only suggestion would be for more comfortable chairs in the living room. The coach was great but only for about half our group.

The house was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. We were able to walk down to the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. Lots of restaurants and activities there. We did cook two meals in the kitchen and noticed there weren’t any oven mitts. We contacted Josh and he immediately purchased oven mitts for us to use. We also noticed there was no hairdryer at the property. He also furnished a hairdryer for us. Very responsive. One thing to note. There was body wash in the upstairs bathroom. There were no toiletries in the primary bathroom. We went to the nearby market and purchased soap and shampoo. Lots of towels, available extra linens and pillows. We spent a lot of time out on the back deck.We would definitely stay at this property again

This house is very clean and spacious, it was extremely pleasant to stay in it, the children were delighted, and the adults too. Comfortable beds and thoughtful interior details. Good location.

What a beautiful home! Check-in was easy. Any questions we had were answered promptly.

Roomy house that easy fit 6 people and 2 dogs. The deck is roomy with a nice table to sit and enjoy the jets that fly over. Small propane grill that was clean and ready to grill. Easy walk to a great beach and board walk. Also within walking distance of bad ass coffee which Josh recommended and we all enjoyed. Easy drive to rudee Inlet and rudee tours fishing boats. Also an easy drive to Norfolk for the botanical garden and the maritime museum.

Our family had a great vacation staying in this home. The location was on point- close enough to walk to the beach and boardwalk- yet also far enough away to be quiet. There were some instances where local dogs would come bark at us but it wasn’t too terrible. Cleaning crew gets an A, being clean is very important to us. Kitchen had all the cooking utensils, pots, and pans you need to cook your own meals. Overall- no major complaints and would recommend to friends.

The house was perfect for our week-long stay in VA Beach for our family reunion. Beautiful, modern open space that was very comfortable and clean. We were 4 adults, a 9month old and a dog and we all had plenty of space. Even the dog loved it and the fenced in yard was perfect for her. The owner was very responsive to our requests and questions. We would definitely recommend!

No complaints. Very big as true to the pictures. 3.5 blocks from beach. We enjoyed out walk to and from beach. Biking is great. Good location to grocery store, great neighborhood. . Great communication to the host.i highly recommend renting this home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! We found the kitchen to be well equipped and the bedrooms comfy. The fenced backyard was perfect for our two dogs and we felt super safe letting them explore. While this house is wonderful, it’s not super cozy. If you like to snuggle up on the couch and read in the evening like I do, it’s a good idea to bring your own cozy throw as the house didn’t have extra blankets. There were also just a few washcloths, but I did laundry daily for our crew so that wasn’t a biggie. We would definitely stay again!

My family and I loved staying at this home. It’s very open and spacious, tons of room for the six of us, plus the pups. The location is perfect and within a few blocks of the beach. Easy walk! Our host was very responsive to messages/questions. I would definitely stay here again in the future!!

We visited VA for a gymnastic competition at the sports center. The house was close to the sports center, the beach and many good restaurants. It has a big porch for relaxing on a nice street. We loved the open layout and huge kitchen. My granddaughter said: Can we take this house back to NJ? I definitely recommend you choose this home for a wonderful vacation.

This house was an ideal spot for a family gathering. The spacious open living area was perfect for entertaining, and the comfortable beds made it a great place to relax. Having a bedroom on the main level with a full bathroom was perfect for my 90-year-old mother. The location of the house was perfect, just a few blocks from the boardwalk. The neighborhood was quiet and clean, and Josh was incredibly responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this house for your next vacation.

The house is perfectly located within walking distance of all the local shops and the beach. The property was spotlessly clean and everything functioned correctly. The property host (Josh) was easy to contact and accommodating with arrival times etc. The house exceeded our expectations.

We were in town for a large family gathering and needed a house close to Sandbridge. This space was great in that it was close to the boardwalk as well as shops and places to eat. The home itself was just as listed. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

The house was located in a great spot but poorly stocked, ie dish soap, shower gel/shampoo, TP, towels, etc. There was an issue with WiFi but owner came to figure it out.

We had a great time, and with a few minor fixes, this will be a fantastic place to stay. The location was just right for us: a 15 minute walk to the beach, a 10 minute walk to Harris Teeter. Nice, quiet street, easy access to drive to various destinations. The house is a great space for a family, with a large living room, which was a little echo-y and could use an area rug and some wall coverings like tapestries to make it a little less reverberant. Big beautiful kitchen. Upstairs tub/shower faucet was stuck on shower mode, so we couldn’t use it as a tub. Could never get the front porch light to work. But if these small annoyances are fixed, this will be wonderful.

Enjoyed our stay! Location, food and activities were very accessible. Host was awesome to respond on a couple minor glitches. Overall, excellent experience.

Such a great house! Wonderful location for our family as we stayed for Thanksgiving week. Beautifully outfitted kitchen for us to prepare for Thanksgiving. (Even have a crockpot!) Our two dogs loved watching TV with us downstairs and loved looking out the windows to spot squirrels in the yard. The fenced in yard worked out wonderfully for us, too. We would love to return!

If I could rate this stay 12/10, I absolutely would. The house was gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and had every amenity. We came to Virginia Beach to get married at the nearby Museum of Contemporary Art. The proximity to that venue, as well as a number of conveniences, made our stay easy and relaxing. We also had ample space to prepare and get ready for our special day. I also want to underscore the helpfulness of our host Joshua. I made a mistake on our reservation which he was kind and patient enough to help me correct it, and he was extremely responsive when I had a question. I am so grateful for our stay and experience with this property!!

The house is my dream house. It is beautiful.

Myself, my husband, my 5 year old, 1 year old, & 5 year old Aussiedoodle all had a wonderful stay. The details in this home were so well thought out. We enjoyed being in walking distance of our favorite coffee roaster Fathom, a short walk from the beach, & lots of other fun places. The neighborhood overall is really quiet. At times you hear the nearby school but otherwise the neighborhood has a very welcoming atmosphere! We cooked a couple of meals in the kitchen, & ran a couple loads of laundry. Kids loved the tub in the master bath. And everyone loved the heated bathroom floor! Luna loved looking out the front window, & chasing squirrels in the backyard. We hope to return again soon (:

Perfect location for getting to a wedding at the Cavalier. Lots of space to spread out all our stuff as we were getting ready for the events. My family said it was the best ABNB/VRBO that I had ever picked!

This home was in great shape and very clean. The beach was just a few blocks away. Our two dogs enjoyed the fenced in backyard with tall fences. The kitchen was also very nice. Everything felt newly renovated.

Beautiful property perfect for our stay. Neighborhood was quiet and close to the beach. Loved the master bath! Beds were comfy and the kitchen was awesome. We had some trouble figuring out the living room TV, but eventually got it. The door handle might need tightened a bit. It shifted and we couldn’t get the door to lock. Once we shifted it back the door locked no problem. Would stay again! Thank you!

Property is perfect for a Beach vacation with the amenities of home.

We had a lovely time here for our family beach vacation. The house is exactly as listed and had plenty of room for our family of 5 adults and 3 children. The beach is a 3-4 block easy walk. The host was very responsive.

My family has a great stay. The house was fantastic for us and our 2 dogs. Nicely fenced in backyard and ample sized bedrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked and the back yard has a nice gas grill. Beds are very comfortable and had extra pillows in the closets. Easy access to the beach and local eateries. Can't wait for our next stay.
