Situated with stunning views across estuary, golf course and mountain ranges. Close to golf course, tennis courts, 6 minute walk to lovely safe swimming Omaha beach (4 km long and patrolled by surf lifeguards). Back at the house choose from 2 great decks petsafe and childsafe as fully fenced. Huge front deck offers fantastic outdoor living and views esp at sunset. Back deck offers privacy, sun and shelter from wind. Both front and back decks have gates so child and pet friendly. Brand new kitchen and laundry recently installed with all mod cons including nespresso machine (BYO pods). Recently renovated lounge/dining including paint, carpet, lights, laminate flooring, sunblinds. 3 bedrooms all freshly painted & carpeted with comfy beds. Large master bedroom with wardrobe and 2 sets of drawers, small double with wardrobe and and bunk room with 1 set of bunks and a single bed. Large living area with masport wood fireburner, heatpump, 2 single chairs, 1 large comfy couch and 2 conversational chairs in the dining area should you wish to remove yourself from the kids. New Kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, oven, nespresso machine,1 fridge freezer with double french doors and water dispenser and icemaker. The lounge houses a 40 inch flat screen smart tv complete with sky digital, netflix, neon etc and dvd player, portable ipod player with bluetooth, & wifi, heatpump and a bookcase stacked with books. The Reserve across the road is great for the kids wanting to have a game of cricket or rugger or for pets needing a run. Also for the golfers a practice putting green directly across the road so no excuses for a poor round! Recreational toys under house (free to use) including 2 kayaks, bikes, tennis rackets, etc If you want a change from the beach there is a huge amount of things to do in the area including popular Matakana farmers market on Saturday, vineyards, mini golf, movie theatres in Matakana (5 mins drive). An easy drive to Goat Island (snorkelling), Leigh, Pakiri and Warkworth and Snells Beach (if you need some retail therapy). Plenty of cafes, restaurants and vineyards in beautiful surroundings. ** Note - Extra onsite accommodation for up to 5 people is available for extended family upon request in modern self contained sleepout in front of house. For further information, costing of sleepout, photos etc. please email. Linen is also available at a cost of $25 per person (including bath towel, sheets, pillowcases, tee towel and beach towel). Portacot also available for hire @ $10.

We welcome families and small groups but emphasise that we are not a party house as we have permanent neighbours who do not enjoy excessive noise.

Please note that we do have a security camera at the back door for your security and ours only.

What a great property! My sister was visiting from London with her new partner and we wanted to have a family stay at a quintessential kiwi bach. Siobhan was really helpful and the bach was even better than the photos. The view out over the golf course is ever changing and just stunning at sunset. So well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and lots of outdoor furniture for relaxing out the back or front of the bach. We were grateful that we could bring our dog too.

Exceptional! Views over the golf course, sun rise and sunsets so special. Clean, modern and so well configured for a family with pet dog holiday! Easy short walk to beach and beach cafe. We stayed here many years ago before the renovations were done. Love the new look and added features. Bach has amazing view and great having the decks on both sides. Well appointed and especially loved the fireplace which made our stay nice and cosy. Thanks for sharing your lovely bach - was great to come back again.
