Fantastic 5 Bedroom Home Just 5 Minute Walk To The Beach

This vacation property was exactly what we were looking for. It was spacious, had a well equipped kitchen, and was well maintained. We appreciated the prompt responses to our requests for details about the different spaces and floor plan. The house was especially clean and the location convenient to the beaches and local attractions. All members of our group raved about this property.

We rented this property for my daughters UNH graduation weekend. It fit 14 of us so perfectly. Everything was stocked to the nines. What a house and what wonderful memories it provided. Thanks Brian!

This was a fantastic stay and we have never stayed in a home with such wonderful accommodations and amenities! The hosts were super responsive, had amenities like soaps and shampoos and condiments and spices to make our stay even more perfect.We will be back for sure!

The perfect house and location for multigeneration family fun! The house was pristine, the furnishings were lovely and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved walking to the beach every morning and watching the sun rise over the water. The walk into town was also very manageable. My son has already asked to go back for a longer stay!

The house was immaculate. The host supplied everything from sheets to beach towels. Great location a few minute walk to the beach. You can walk to everything from the house. Short walk to short sands beach and downtown. Will definitely be booking again. The host Brian was very attentive and gets right back to you within minutes.

We had 12 family members stay here for 8 nights. The property was perfect for us. We had plenty of room with 5 bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. We loved the double washer and dryer. We were close enough to walk to the beach and the shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this property.

My family consisting of my husband and me plus our 3 adult children and their partners really enjoyed our visit. The home had more room than we needed and seemed like everywhere we needed to go was 20 minutes or less away. I’d book again!

Great stay over UNH graduation weekend.

The house was very nice, very clean and decorated very nice. We were 4 couples and we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. It was walking distance to ocean and short drive to town. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great with rain most of the weekend but when the sun came out we enjoyed the nice deck. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend!

Easy walk to beach, wonderful property, great communication with host.

Our reason for visiting the area was unfortunate as we had a death in the family. Plans were changing by the minute, and Brian was very accommodating. This house was more than we needed, but now we know where to look for a return reunion. We loved the open floor plan on the first floor. The large table and sit-up island were perfect for gathering. My mom is 94, so she stayed on the first floor where the bathroom is right there. The house is beautifully appointed in the beach theme, and being there makes you feel like you're on vacation. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The top (third) floor is almost an apartment unto itself. The beach is a short walk from the house. Don't be in a hurry to drive in, or out of the neighborhood as there are natural speed bumps once you get off the main street. A very nice choice for a large group. With the snow, I'd say that there would be off-street parking for possibly 5 cars.

We very much enjoyed our January stay at the house. The house is beautiful, spacious and clean. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and the third floor is a wonderful bonus space! Brian was easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would recommend to families traveling together!

Impromptu family weekend during the holidays. The house was amazing and fit the needs of our 3 generational group. Brian, the property manager, was wonderful and worked with us to help make this happen.

We were 9 retired ladies away for “Ladies Week-End. The house was fabulous. Had all the bells and whistles. Plenty of room for everyone, well stocked kitchen and walkable to everything. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Brian was a doll to deal with and was only a phone call away. The only thing I would add is perhaps a few mirrors in the upstairs bedrooms. We loved the house and would definitely come back.

The house was great. It was big enough for four couples with extra beds for more. It was divided into three floors allowing for our privacy and close to the beach and a short drive to all the different places to see. The house was well stocked. We would come back in the future.

Location near Beach appreciated; Place was immaculate; Furniture comfortable; Communication with Owner strong... I had a unique need that the owner responded to with grace and flexibility... much appreciated... Would rent again...

Our extended family (Four generations - ages 3 - 87) had an amazing time at this beautiful property. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable clean rooms and lots of great spaces to gather and visit/share stories/re-connect as family. The beach was just a quick walk away (many times a day for the kids who couldn't get enough of the beach/ocean)! Host was great and provided beach items for the kids to use! We would love to spend more time exploring York again in the future!
