Description

Come and enjoy a month in beautiful, peaceful Ole. You'll be 15 minutes drive from the beaches of Naples and Marco Island. Ole is centered around the village center where you'll find our local pub, a fitness center, a resort style pool, coffee shop and bistro. There's a library with 6 workstations and free internet access and a 90 seat movie theater.
Our 3 bedroom Rialto Street unit is 5 doors from the Village Center. You'll be by the pool in 2 minutes enjoying a free morning coffee withthe locals!
The townhome has 3 bedrooms... Kingsize master with a lovely en-suite with tub and seperate shower and huge walk in closet. A queen bedroom again, with good sized walk in and a large sized 3rd bedroom with two twin beds. Our holiday home has just been completely refurbished from top to bottom. Completely repainted with new carpets and new furniture throughout.
The first floor is fully tiled and offers typical Florida open plan living. There's a 55 TV with cable and wifi connection, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area and a handy drive in double garage as well as parking out front.
Upstairs the bedrooms are beautifully decorated. There's a new 50 TV in the Master suite, and 32 TV in the Queen.
This year we've replaced the washer and dryer with new ones, and all the little things you'd expect... Beach and pool towels, hair dryers, iron and ironing board pc and printer and a bluetooth Bose sound system.
We've a couple of bikes in the garage along with folding chairs and a cool box for those days on the beach.
