The property is located on the main channel where water conditions can be rough, which can easily cause damage to both the dock and watercraft.
• Trailer parking is not allowed on the property at any time, under any circumstances.

Strict No Smoking / No Vaping Policy

Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco, cannabis, or similar substances is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property.

This home is equipped with non-audio, non-visual air quality sensors that detect smoking and vaping. These devices are fully privacy-compliant and do not record audio or video.

Any evidence of smoking or vaping inside the home, including sensor-detected events, lingering odors, or physical residue will result in additional charges for cleaning, deodorization, and any necessary damage remediation.

Minimum fee for violations: $500, or the full cost of remediation if higher. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and understand that any violations will result in charges.

House Rules & Event Policy Update
• No parties or events of any kind are allowed without prior written approval and an additional event deposit.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly monitored and enforced by neighbors, HOA, and local law enforcement.
• Guests are responsible for any and all fines incurred during their stay that result from violations associated with their reservation.

Parking Note:
Parking for approximately 6-8 vehicles is available in the driveway. Guests may NOT park anywhere outside the bounds of the driveway of the home, neighbors can and will call for a tow. Also please note that the garage is not available for guest parking it is now a game room.

Professional Care
Our villa is professionally maintained. Groundskeeping & pest-control teams may be on-site during the day to keep the property pristine. We’re always available via text if you need anything.


A refundable $500 security deposit is required for all reservations. It will be requested through the Resolution Center after your booking is confirmed and refunded within two days after check-out, provided the home is left in good condition with no damage or excessive cleaning required.
We do have a pet fee. $250. More than 2 pets must contact us directly.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home or garage - do not throw your cigarette butts in the yard or landscaping, please throw them away. We charge a minimum of $500 smoke odor removal fee for smoking or vaping inside the home, and this fee can be up to $1500 depending on what the odor removal company must do to take care of the problem.

    We were given the codes to the front gate as well as the lockbox that should have had the keys to the house. Our instructions included using the provided code to open the lockbox to obtain the keys, and to also leave the keys back in the lockbox when leaving. When we arrived at the house, the lockbox was open and there were no keys inside. The front door was left unlocked. We were displeased but decided to enter the house and to see if the cleaning crew left the keys inside. Upon exploring the house, we realized that the keys to the house were nowhere to be found. Additionally, we realized several other security and privacy issues. Three of the master bedroom suites had patios and sliding doors that opened into the patios. These patio doors could not be locked. The locks were not functional. The shades were not functional either. The host never gave us a front door key. No one came to address our security issues while we were there. The dishwasher was loaded with partially clean dishes. The laundry room was disorganized and unclean. The pool cues were broken. There is no two-car garage. It is being turned into a game room. Beware: the driveway is extremely sloped, so if your guests are elderly or have health issues, they will have a difficult time navigating the outside of this property. The inside stairs are very steep. The home has a beautiful view with a great outside deck and a trail that leads down to the dock on the lake.

    This property is beautiful and the views are incredible. It is directly across from billionaires row. We had an issue with a broken bed and Luke got it fixed. The gate codes weren’t working and we were given alternatives. The house is on 4 levels so you’ll get great exercise during your stay. Wish we had more time to play ping pong and pool. Two in our party fished all day every day so the swim dock was a welcomed addition. The garage isn’t accessible but there is still room for 5-6 vehicles if you pull in along the parking spots and up the whole driveway. We all drive trucks and there were no issues. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. Watch for the squirrel who comes to the kitchen door every morning for his snack. Great times!! Thank you for sharing this property with us and for being a stellar host!!

    This is probably our favorite home we have stayed in and we love the travel! The pictures do not do this home justice at all!! When you walk in your just in an awwwww. The owner was very quick to respond. My husband and I loved the adjustable bed in the master bedroom! House was VERY clean!! Absolutely adored the view even with the rain you do not want to do anything but look outside! We will definitely be returning if possible!

    I planned my sister’s lake bachelorette party here and we couldn’t have found a better destination! The dock let us float on the lake whenever we pleased, the house was breathtaking, and we felt as though we had everything we needed. We went through the boat service provided by the renter of this house and they picked us up right off the dock for a boat day. Also, any destination you could need, i.e. grocery stores, pool bars, etc. are all within a 15 minute drive from the house. Beware that you are considered out of the service area for any nearby water taxi services and Ubers, but you can still get an Uber if you meet them at the gate (not a bad walk). I could not have asked for a better turn out for the bachelorette and I still have girls messaging me asking me to plan another trip here for next year and every year after that! Thank you, Luke, for this amazing rental!

    Wow, one of the most beautiful homes at the Lake of the Ozark with views to match! The Glass Mansion was the perfect place to host our annual team Christmas Party. We are local to the lake and we struggle every year to find a space large enough to fit our entire team including their plus ones to hang out, dine & stay the night, but this home met the challenge! The home was clean and welcoming the moment walked through the door plus, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare a meal for 16! Luke, the owner was attentive and the correspondence with him was prompt and very helpful. 10 out of 10 recommend and will be coming back next year!
