Located on the Currituck Sound, “Family Tradition” is an Outer Banks retreat for the whole family including the four-legged members. This home was built to enjoy the sound: no matter what the season, sunsets at Family Tradition are unforgettable.

“Family Tradition” offers two master suites among its four bedrooms. Both masters offer king beds. The additional bedrooms offer a queen and two twins. TVs in all Bedrooms. The home also offers daybed with trundle in aseparate glassed-in room. Once you begin your day, you will find “Family Tradition” filled with amenities to help you enjoy your stay.

When you are ready to head outside, you'll find the ocean or Sanderling community sound front pool a short distance away. The house is closer to the beach access (197 yards) than many nearby ocean side homes. If the ocean is too rough or the beach too windy, the sound provides many activities for everyone to enjoy. Crabbing, kayaking, fishing or paddle boarding are right out your back door. The house is equipped with a kayak for your use. The seating area on the private dock is great for reading or bird watching. The yard offers a big open grassy area, perfect for playing fetch with the dog or letting the kids play a game of football.

Whether you spend your days in the house, surveying the sound, basking on the beach, or crabbing on the dock, you will find something for everyone.
