Stayed Dec 17, 2025Lovely Christmas stay in Bath. Ymke was very helpful in arranging a parking permit. Property in really great location - easy to walk into town , up to Victoria Park and Royal Crescent. Great few days to pick up my son from Uni. Property was comfortable and ideal for our family of 5 plus dog!

Stayed Oct 17, 2025We loved this property, the location is fantastic, the host was incredibly helpful and responsive, but the property itself is just lovely. Its unusual, yes, but very classy, cosy, welcoming. Everything we wanted.

Stayed Aug 22, 2025We stayed for two night and were very happy with this house. Communication was excellent to get us sorted on arrival. It was a great location for site seeing. Warm and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. The property is a modern, industrial-style design with older details as features. It is set across a number of floors, so probably better for families with older kids and great knees! The bunk bed was scary for our 5 year old because the ladder doesn’t allow for an easy climb onto the bed. But there are plenty of beds in this place so this was not a problem. We would have been happy to have stayed longer. Thank you!

Stayed Oct 26, 2024Ymke is a fantastic host. Communication 10/10 responding to messages in such a helpful and speedy way. They gave us some awesome recommendations too. The house itself is very spacious and unique in style. We felt like the vibe of the house almost gave you an immersive experience to Bath. The walls being the exposed cement blocks (like the Roman Bath's). You can tell time & thought was put into the house. We were a family of 5 & we had plenty of room and could all sit around the dinner table together. I actually don’t think the photos online do the property justice. The beds & duvets in the bunk and single rooms were particularly nice and comfortable. Perfect location. You can get a parking pass from Ymke which is digitally booked and you send payment direct so it’s all sorted on arrival. (it is booked for the check in check out times) I did see traffic wardens there so it would be wise to do so. You could walk along the beautiful canal to sainsburys to stock up on food. (I saw the cutest otter and we fed the swans) which was also great for walking our dog. The other way down the canal was a brilliant park for the kids (Victoria) and then you could easily walk into town for all the tourist attractions in no time. A couple of minutes down the road was a great Bath distillery with tasters. We walked to the Baths/Abbey?Boat trip. It's in such a peaceful area with grass park in front & a crescent of houses just like the Royal Cresent which is also walking distance.

Stayed Oct 29, 2024A beautiful old Bath stone terraced house with quirky interior. Lots of space and well kitted out. Clean and tidy with helpful supplies in kitchens etc. Handy parking and easy to walk into city centre in minutes.
