Host was super nice easy to get,home was beautiful spacious. Great place to celebrate a family member 70 th birthday! Would recommend this place highly!

The property is exactly as pictured. It is a well-kept home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. If there was one complaint it would be the dock could use a little more regular cleaning. There were lots of cobwebs and bird droppings but we just swept it off and enjoyed the scenery.

The house was awesome, fully stocked, wonderful layout. Plenty of space and open, everyone had a place to lounge around. The screened in porch is perfect. We relaxed outside on the pier and swing most of the time. The kids swam and used the paddle boat. We grilled steaks and cooked a good bit. Kitchen was stocked and we had everything we needed! The host were always responsive and so nice. The sunsets are amazing.

This property was so AMAZING!!!! The location, the beautiful scenery, and the details of the house was exquisite! We went here so that my sister can heal from breast surgery, and we could relax, kick back and enjoy the river, along with fishing; and we got more than we paid for. It's definitely a must return destination. Thank you to the host who put a special touch by leaving flowers with a get well soon, balloon. That touched us more than any words could ever say.

Beautiful/Serene Rental

Very nice house and the owner added special Christmas decorations such as a Christmas tree etc as we stayed the week of Christmas there. Communication was easy and very quick responses. Love this property

Great stay! They have a very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need and beds were comfy. They were very accommodating!

Perfect for our family gathering. Several places within the home and outside for us to share laughs, meals, and family time. We enjoyed relaxing out on the screened porch area and watching the sunset from the pier. The steep driveway was unexpected but we managed. More than adequate parking given the size of our party.

Great place to stay

Beautiful location and beautiful place. Well stocked with all kitchen items one might need. Everyone commented about the comfortable beds. We all loved “Family Ties” and would recommend you book it!

Everything was as promised. House was clean and up to date. Check in process was seamless and host was extremely friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed just relaxing and fishing off the pier. Would definitely book again!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property. Beautiful inside and out. Amazing view of False River (we enjoyed our morning coffee on the pier) Plenty of room, comfortable furnishings (the pillows and sheets were divine), and well appointed kitchen.Would definitely return, again, and again, and again!!

We had a great weekend in False River! For most of us, it was our first experience at an LSU game and needed a good place/location for the game. Ma Mamma’s is a great place for evening meal. Great food and perfect place to take a big group or just your special someone. The house was clean, spacious and provided everything and more for our group. I would definitely recommend this place for a great stay. Great communication by the owner too!!

This site was a great find. The home was very comfortable. We were a group of four couples. The accommodations provided for a super weekend.
