Charming Home on Anna Maria Island 2 Blocks from Beach with Private Pool

The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. The owner could not have been more accommodating and friendly. I can’t recommend this home and owner more highly Han A!! We will definitely return.

Our favorite AMI rental! Has everything you might need in the kitchen with newer appliances. Comfortable furniture and bedding. The back patio is quiet and relaxing. The pool is pristine, well cared for, with plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, and areas of shade. Pool and beach toys galore. The trolley stop is close and Gulf beach is a couple blocks. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking. Ann is the perfect host; in all our years of renting on AMI, our stays at her Sunny Side Up home have been the best!

Having been visiting Anna Maria Island since 2008 we have stayed in a few properties on the island. Ann has a really nice property situated in a quiet residential area in Holmes Beach. We found the property in very good condition with excellent facilities which provided for all our vacation needs. Ann is a good host who looked after us during our stay. We would certainly rebook and would recommend to others.

We have been going to AMI for over 30 years and have stayed at various locations. This was an absolute haven for us to enjoy while relaxing on the Island. The neighborhood was quiet, the house just like stepping into our own house. It was stocked witht he utensils we use and need at home. The house was comfortable, clean and complete. The pool was a delight and well kept. We spent 5 weeks there and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The cost was fair and actually a bit of a bargain given the new prices on the island. Owner was great.

We spent 5 months in this house this past fall and it was fantastic. The location is great, short walk to beach and pine avenue. The owner is the sweetest, she goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and attended to any small issues we had immediately, The house is appointed with everything a family needs to enjoy the beach, bikes, great kitchen set up, loved the great big heated pool and had a lovely back porch that I would work from and a great place for the adults to hang while the kids were out front. The neighborhood is great, lovely people on the street and it's quiet. Perfect street in Holmes Beach. Highly recommend this place and the owner is great. The island is paradise.

Owners are accommodating and the home had all we needed for our extended stay. We felt at home away from home because it was clean and organized and had all the amenities we needed for our family of four. The location afforded an easy walk to the beautiful beach as well as to heart of this little town. The pool was amazing and added to the enjoyment of our overall experience. The beds were comfortable and plenty of clean linens and towels were provided. The garage was also equipped with all needed for a day at the beach. The owner was gracious and responsive to few inquires that we had. Thanks for our wonderful experience.

We had an incredible summer at this home! Our host was very accommodating when we had to extend our stay twice due to repairs on our actual house. Our kids loved the pool and we were lucky enough to see multiple turtles hatch at the beach! Beds were very comfortable! Neighborhood is quiet....Good for walks & bike riding. Not much traffic in cozy neighborhood and beach wasn’t crowded. We rented a golf cart for island cruising and geocaching adventures! Highly recommend curb side cocktails from doctors office served at Eat Here! We did a kayak tour of mangroves & Pirates of Cortez adventure. Artist Cory Wright taught us how to do watercolor painting which was very relaxing! We hope we are lucky enough to enjoy this property again one day! Book now! You won’t be disappointed!!
