Stayed Oct 5, 2024We had a big family vacation. We rented out both sides of the condo and it was great for kids and adults. We love the area and the house. It is nice to be right on the beach, but there is a little bit of a walk- especially if taking kids/babies. We had a lot of fun though and would stay here again!

Stayed Dec 18, 2022This property and location were fantastic for us and our family, which included our kids, their spouses and our grands. Having the two condos (on the right in the picture) was perfect for all of us and kept us right together. We used a baby gate at the top of the stairs to the beach to keep the dog and littles from heading down to the beach unaccompanied, but it still allowed them to go back and forth The new decking and glass/plexiglass railing (not shown in picture) on the condo (in middle of the picture) was so much better than the slatted railings. Nice upgrade - ❤️. We would definitely stay here again. My 4-star overall rating is based on the fact that there were several things that needed attention. We took pictures when we checked in of these things because if they had broken or fallen apart while we were there, we didn't want to be blamed for them (ex. shower curtain rod ready to fall out of wall, etc...).

Stayed Jan 27, 2022For my 40th birthday, my best friends and husbands stayed at this house and enjoyed Destin. There was 11 of us and we had PLENTY of room! We loved how it was 2 houses together. The sand and water was right at our back door. So peaceful and beautiful. The house was clean, linens and towels properly provided and having trash bags/dish detergent/laundry detergent to get us started was a nice touch too. Beautifully decorated as well! We loved everything about the houses and our stay and will definitely be back!!!

Stayed Sep 2, 2021This location is perfect for a family or friends getaway. The property is ocean-front with lots of space indoors and outdoors. I would highly recommend it to anyone who's looking to get away from the busy beaches.
