Friendly hosts, very clean, quiet, and definitely more comfortable than a hotel room.

This was such a great home for a family going to Holiday World. It was clean and spacious! We hope to return!

This place is absolutely beautiful! My family was able to have a nice, safe, clean place to stay. We were surrounded by the beautiful scenery. They have a basket ball hoop set up and my boys had so much fun playing. The hosts live right by this house, so if you need anything, they are right there. They are also very quick to answer any questions. We had such a fun and relaxing time. We would gladly rent again!

Enjoyed our quiet country stay

It was beautiful! Nature was all around. Very clean, comfortable, friendly, didn't want to leave.

The owers were fantastic! We stayed for the weekend. We were close to holiday world which was the reason for the stay. Very clean and we would definitely stay again. The kids enjoyed playing outside. The house was well stocked. The owner even gave us deer burger, fresh vegetables, and pork sausage.

This property is BEAUTIFUL!! Everything was so clean and organized. The property owner even has snacks and a frozen pizza if we wanted it. The beds were so comfortable, and it was much nicer being able to chill out here than sit around in a hotel. This will be our new Holiday World rental! 12/10!

This was our THIRD stay. Why? Because it feels like home.I wouldn't seek out a hunter's lodge vibe of a place to stay, but we found this place on accident a few years ago and love it. It is just a short drive from where we attend our annual family reunion. It is a great place! We have done Holiday World, a day at Patoka Lake and an afternoon in Jasper, shopping and site seeing, as well as attended a car show in Huntingburg. We love driving back the gravel drive and being greeted by Koda. The owners are right there on the same lot if you were to need anything. We never seem to need a thing, as we do shopping before arriving, as a grocery store is 15 min or so away. It is so helpful to have a full kitchen for breakfast making and lunch packing. The open floor plan of the living room/kitchen makes it a good space to relax as a family, together. Our kiddo was also able to do an online class while there. From the front porch, there are stars to see at night, as well as butterflies and bunnies to watch in the morning with your coffee. Clean, comfortable and a family favorite for us!

Very cozy home! Had everything we needed. Our girls really enjoyed it too.

Spent day at holiday world , perfect chill down drive to spend the night

Only complaint I have is the access directions on the Schnellville Road. Very narrow. I would not drive it. Once we were directed to use Bretzville turnoff, the roads worked better for my husband but not for me - not after dark. The furnishings were very nice. The hosts were very wellcoming.

Turning off the main road and then the crunch of the rocky road under your tires are the signs you are heading sonewhere unique. This place is out and away from city life but just 25 minutes from an amusement park, close to Payola lake and all it has to offer and little cute towns such as Ferdinand and Jasper. We've stayed here twice now, as it is super clean and cozy for our family. Our grandma enjoys all one floor. Our teens love Koda and friends

We had a great time although we only spent the evenings and early mornings at the property. I met Colin (one of the owners). Very friendly and hospitable. We would highly recommend this property. If you are looking to stay here and are friendly and easy going, you will enjoy your stay very much!
