FAMILY HOUSE w POOL & HOT TUB, heating included.

We are repeat renters at this property. We love the convenience of the property’s location and the “at home” comfortableness we feel while here. The pool temperature is always perfect and the hosts are and always have been very courteous and timely with any assistance we may have needed. When it’s time to leave, we never want to! …and yes! we will be back again next year.

Great place to stay, everything you need, great location

Everything was super close and pool was comfy. I wish there were a couple of blow up rafts (and a pump to blow them up) but we managed just fine without. Shower in 2nd bathroom could use a little TLC but it was just the kids who used that so i wasn't too concerned! lol I'd recommend this place for sure.

There was great communication with the hosts. Everything worked out as planned and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Family lives within a half mile from this house and it worked very well for us.

First of all, the house is very clean and the location has many nearby shops and restaurants within walking distance. It’s also a short drive to Carefree where we particularly enjoy Tonto Bar and Grill for dinner. Eric was a great communicator and very gracious to work with. The pool and hot tub are safe and secure, and we felt very comfortable with our two smaller dogs - even taking advantage of the small grass area that Eric has provided for them to use. The reason for our less than glowing review is that there is overwhelming construction occurring right behind the house. This consists of several high-rise buildings and creates a situation where both workers and future occupants have a bird’s eye view from right across the street into the backyard over the pool and patio. There’s a lot of noise with construction equipment and trucks - for us making our stay very disappointing. One helpful note is that the construction shuts down on Saturday and Sunday.

The house was perfect for us. Great location. We like how close it is to Desert Marketplace. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to have our own private oasis.

Fun time. Grandkids came over and swam. My sister and I enjoyed the house - beautiful and very comfortable. Couch is great.
