Stayed Jul 12, 2025We had a wonderful week in York Beach! The house is adorable and the location can’t be beat. The owner is very responsive with any questions. There was no TV in bedroom as listed, but we really didn’t mind! Will definitely rent again.

Stayed Aug 19, 2023The house was perfect for our family of 4, we loved being so close to everything as we prefer to walk. The house was exactly as described, the location is perfect. The host was very responsive but not intrusive, we would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 8, 2023You can watch the ocean from the porch and access to the beach is a two minute walk away. Property had everything we needed for a wonderful week at the beach with two children (3 and 7). Owner was great with communication and check in was a breeze. AC kept the house cool on hot days and the internet was easy to set up and fast. Great location, great property, would recommend.

Stayed Aug 13, 2022This was the perfect cottage for us at the beach. We were here a great deal of the summer and enjoyed it so much! The cottage has everything you would ever need! Porch with ocean view, full kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 bedrooms, and 2 tv's. What more could you ask for? It was great! Tim, the owner was very helpful. We had a problem with the internet on Sunday and he took care of it immediately! Thanks Tim for being so accommodating!
