Initially had trouble gaining access to house for at these 30 minutes despite 4 phone calls. You have reached us after hours. Really? At check in time?? It would be nice if there would be some landscaping done: weed around the pool; plant grass; clean out bin by pool and storage area. Also, to prevent sand from getting in the house, a sweeping of outside landings and stairs would be helpful. A cleaning or painting of outside doors would be more attractive as well. Better communications at the house would be good: a list of departure items that need to be done besides linens and towels; things to see; listings of restaurants, etc. The kitchen sink liquid and dishwasher items were damaged-almost as if they exploded in the bag, as the bag was wet. We like the three floors of sleeping areas, the large beds, and kitchen space. We enjoyed the pool. The views from all three decks and on both sides of the house were nice. Liked the hot tub. short walk to the beach was good. Overall, a little bit more care to the outside and better communications with visitors would really upgrade its appeal.

Great location with great access to the beach and a dock. The dock could use a lower level for when the tide is out but otherwise a great location. Easy access to the ICW.

House was great for our large group. Kitchen well appointed, we all enjoyed the pool and everything was clean. Ocean and sound views. Wish there was more patio furniture on the front decks, especially the top deck.

Location was great. Easy access to the beach and great view of the ocean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and kitchen equipment. Well set up for families to spend time at the beach and the pool. Some parts of the house are showing wear especially the mattresses. Also the house could have been a little cleaner.

House was decent. It was clean. There were over 40 stairs to get to the kitchen/living area. Not ideal for older folks. I wouldn’t consider the property oceanfront as there is a road in front of property. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The dock was good size. The pool is very small with very minimal deck space to layout. The decks throughout the house were phenomenal. Great views in any direction you want. Hot tub was clean and working. The kitchen area had everything you need. In the upstairs master, a big flaw is that there are no shades available for the windows which means you will have bright light coming into room around 6a during the summer. The house is definitely secluded. Realistically, it’s a 25 min drive to legitimate shopping and restaurants- though there is a small area 10 mins away that has the basics. All in all, a house that got the job done- no more, no less.

Great house. A/C worked well on hot days. Very clean. Property management easy to contact. (We wish it included more beach chairs-and outdoor seating, also a grill.) But— Pool was clean and great to be located at beach with pool plus a dock on the sound. 4 King beds a big plus. Great home to rent for families.

This property is perfect for large family gatherings. Plenty of roomy bedrooms and full baths for everyone. Beach access was not a problem, and the ocean views from the house were beautiful. Having a pool for the kiddos to play in after a beach afternoon is a game changer. We were fortunate enough to be renting during the holiday and were surrounded by the best fireworks display ever. You will not be disappointed. We will rent this home again!

The house was amazing,cozy,open with the best views in front and back. We had 10 adults (5couples) and we all loved our time there and cannot wait to go back.higky recommend booking the house for large groups who love the beach , along with beautiful sunrises and sunsets!
