This Leland home is clean, spacious and close to the beach and town. My family had a perfect stay! Hope to stay here again!

Great location. The house was comfortable in every way. And, of course, the whole of Leelanau County is amazing!

Enjoyed our stay. Close to Leland's shopping, harbor, beaches and restaurants. We left our car in the driveway and walked everywhere. The house accommodated our group of 9 with ease. Good weather was a bonus.

What a great place. The house was a great place to enjoy time together. the place was comfortable to have conversations in different parts of the house. Everyone had wonderful places to sleep. The cleanliness was very appreciated. if it had been a bit warmer the yard was beautiful especially with the fire pit and table . Nothing but positive to say

The house is beautifully done with 2 living areas, a modern upscale kitchen, three very comfortable bedrooms on the main floor and a loft for kids. Beds are worth a note: super comfortable - We all slept wonderfully! Tasteful, comfortable, and welcoming. Heidi was great to work with, took care of everything to ensure our stay was top-notch. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful home with prime location. The house was spacious, clean, and very cozy. The backyard was large and partially surrounded by woods which made it perfect for quiet evening gatherings. It is within walking distance of downtown Leland and the public beach access. Myself, and a group of 5 ladies enjoyed a stay at this lovely home and spent our time relaxing on the beach, shopping, and dining out. I highly recommend this home for a vacation get away.

The house was perfect for our group of 8 ladies. It was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable with nice bedding. Kitchen was fully equipped for our needs. We tended to gather in the room off the kitchen but there were multiple places to sit and read or chat. Very easy walk to Fishtown and the beach. Also close to Sutton's Bay, Sleepingbear dunes, etc. One of the bathrooms is in need of a remodel but it worked fine. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this rental!

Our family spent a wonderful 4 days at this Leland vacation home. The property is ideally located on a quiet side street, about a 2 minute walk from an entrance to a secluded public beach, and maybe 5 minutes walking distance from downtown Leland proper. There's also a large yard in which our daughter loved to play after coming home from the beach. The photos and description are all accurate, and the house was meticulously clean. It's also very spacious - we were there with 5 people and could have easily invited another 5 without it ever feeling crowded. The kitchen is large and functional, with modern appliances. The family room off the kitchen is the best part of the house, with windows on three sides, an enormous dining table, and a comfy sofa in front of a fireplace. Communication with the owner was always prompt. A major rain storm knocked out power to most of Leland for about 24 hours while we there, causing the backup generator to come on. Heidi was really helpful and followed up with us after the situation had been resolved. We would definitely come back!
