Note, we never post negative reviews but feel the description for this property is lacking key details.During our stay, we noticed that the owner was actually living in the basement of the home that has access from the driveway, so we saw him multiple times a day from the kitchen, living room and/or deck. We missed the note in the bottom of the property description stating you may cross paths with someone from time to time... but that is understated as we noticed him quite often. Also, the description states the property has air conditioning but they fail to mention that only the living room has AC. The bedrooms, that are far away from the living room, have no cooling and there were many evenings that we were uncomfortably warm even though they provided a fan. Also note that the home has a washing machine but not a dryer (they listed dryer in the property description until we complained about it). So, clothes must be air-dried.If you're doing any work while staying here, note that the wi-fi in the living room is very poor and you'll likely need to move to the front of the home to get proper connectivity. It was apparent that the unit had not been deep cleaned in quite some time. The dust and dirt around the edges of the floor were obvious, especially behind furniture. We really felt that our rating should be 2 stars instead of 3 stars but we liked the space of the unit, the quiet and safe neighborhood, and the close proximity to everything Hobart has to offer.

House well presented and spacious. Had everything we needed. Good location for going to centre of town and many restaurants and food shopping. Easy out front parking unlike many other areas in Hobart. Met the property owner who was very helpful.
