Experience the magic of Cappadocia in your own private cave home, where centuries-old architecture meets modern comfort. Ideal for families and groups, this unique cave house offers a cozy, safe, and unforgettable stay surrounded by the region’s iconic volcanic landscapes.

Carved into natural tufa rock, the home provides a peaceful and authentic atmosphere year-round—naturally cool in summer and warm in winter.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bedset within beautifully textured stone walls, creating a calm and restful retreat. A second sleeping area offers three beds, two of them single beds along with a charming cave nook—once used as a traditional winepress—now transformed into a unique and cozy sleeping space, ideal for children or additional guests.

The living room includes comfortable seating, soft lighting, creating a relaxing environment for everyone to unwind after a day of exploring.

A fully equipped kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare your own meals, whether it's a quick breakfast or a relaxed dinner at home. You can dine indoors or step outside to your private walled garden terrace—a peaceful outdoor space where guests can enjoy the fresh air, socialize, or simply relax under the sun or stars.

The house features two modern bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers, offering convenience and comfort for both families and groups.

Located within walking distance of local restaurants and attractions, the home offers a perfect balance of privacy and accessibility.

Do yourself a favor, and look nowhere else. This is THE place to stay. We cannot say enough about Mr. Suha. He is an amazing host. When arriving he takes the time to help you get acquainted with the area and sites, also gives insightful recommendations. One evening, we had the pleasure to spend some time with him on the upper patio. Such a lovely experience. Our trip was celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary, and we couldn’t have done it any better. Mr. Suha’s property is exquisite. Every detail was perfect, there is nothing that he overlooks. The apartment was well beyond our expectations. Thank you so much for sharing your stunning property with us and making our anniversary celebration truly unforgettable.

Roomy, homey, large and comfortable. Wonderful people taking care of us. Great view. Delicious breakfast. Cannot say enough about how good it was. Owner and his assistant were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Drawbacks are stairs for those with leg problems and downhill distance to town, although taxis are readily available for a few lira. We hired a taxi to take us sightseeing and he was great. One of the best places we have ever stayed (and we have traveled abroad a lot).

Suha is a gracious host. He is very welcoming and took extra time to explain the various attractions around Cappadocia. He was able to tell us what to prioritize and what was more optional. His cave life house was a great place to stage our 3 day exploration of the area. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed for three days in April 2022. The place is huge! We did not expect such a spacious living room, and the bedrooms were well set up. Bathrooms were spotless. Did not realize it was part of a small hotel - really grateful for free breakfast that was offered and advice about places to eat nearby (we ended up going twice to the same restaurant around the corner, Prokope, it was that good). The hotel is very quiet, location is convenient, and staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
