Family Getaway in Ned! Theater, Game Room & Garage

Really enjoyed everything….only issue was the television and audio system….a little too complicated for an older slightly tech challenged person like myself. Overall an excellent stay and look forward to a repeat…maybe longer stay!!!

Great space for a group

The house and amenities far exceeded a normal rental. The kitchen had sturdy quality appliances with detailed instructions as needed for items such as the wonderful cafe style coffee machine. There was an entire closet filled with family games, cards and puzzles and kind, respectable notes requesting guests to use them with care so that they would last. The Ping pong table, basketball and movie room were all hits with our kids. And there were even loaner ski and snow items for use. We felt like we were actual guests and friends of the owner/family. Thank you, we will definitely be back!

Best stay in Ned!

Great location with plenty of room for everyone and the kids loved the game room. The garbage disposal wasn't working when we arrived but Linda was very responsive and took care of it the next day.

This stay was amazing. The house was large and spacious, it fit my group of 7 adults very well! Heated floors downstairs were fantastic for the brisk (snowy) May weekend we were there. Great balcony and view! Overall just a great place to stay! Easy walk into town too!

Plenty of room, close to town, great home base for Eldora ski slopes. Well stocked pantry, all modern appliances.

Great home to stay in. Felt right at home. Split kvele home let kids go down stairs to play basketball and ping pong while we cooked supper upstairs! Be bery careful on driveway, ice covered and slick. Once in house we all loved it! Will try to book next year.

We had such a great time at this house. It was so well thought out, clean, and excellent communication with the property manager prior to arriving. The location was perfect. So much to do for any age. Would go back in a heart beat!

We thoroughly enjoyed this Cabin! We came together to spend some family time together after the holidays, from the Denver Metro area. It’s perfectly situated close to town so we were able to walk around very easily. We also thoroughly enjoyed cooking together. This cabin has everything you need to just cook and have a great time together. We also enjoyed all the extra touches, like extra bedding, extra towels, little notes around the cabin to describe where things go, two big screen, TVs, one for gaming, the other one to watch some football and enough seating for all of us. We would like to come back in the summertime when we would enjoy the fire pit and being outside a little bit more. The beds were very comfortable, we had plenty of bathrooms, and I can’t think of one thing that we didn’t have. The instructions were very easy to get in and instructions were very easy to check out. We would definitely consider this Cabin, for another stay!

With a playground park just a block away it was easy to amuse our 3-year-old and 15 month old. They also enjoyed the under stairs space room and the Carousel of Happiness a short walk away. Adults enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, ping pong table, and movie room.

We came to Nederland to hike and experience the town and couldn’t have been happier. Lots of little treats like extra slippers for inside, jackets for outside and snacks waiting on the table. House was a short walk into town and perfectly comfortable.
