Beautiful home, well stocked with amenities and amazing views! Plenty of space for everyone and we absolutely loved the fire pit on the deck to enjoy the beautiful view.

From the large open living space, to the outdoor spaces, this house has it all. Our family felt comfortable in this large house, without ever feeling my lost with so much space. It was easy to stay connected with one another.Everything that you need, other than groceries, is available at this house. Don't hesitate to reserve and have your own unique visit.

Upon arrival, our jaws dropped! The pictures don't do it justice. The home was gorgeous and in a lovely neighborhood, and so clean, and so well stocked....but ohhh those views!!! I wish we could have stayed longer to just linger and bask in its beauty! Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out, and communication with the owner was exceptional. If I could give this vacation home 10 stars I would. Thanks so much for sharing your home and helping us make wonderful family memories...

This property is absolutely amazing. The views are epic. All the details have been thought of. 5 minutes from Nederland, which is a great little town. 25 minutes from Boulder via a beautiful drive through the canyon. We got 8 inches of snow on our first day and it felt like we were in a fairy tale. This home and property are top notch, highly recommend.

We loved our weekend stay nestled up above Nederland. Views make it feel remote and mountainous, but being so close to adorable town was a life saver for food runs & groceries. Floorplan worked perfect for our group of 7, with teens, elementary kiddos & 2 parent suites. The beds (3 king beds - so fabulous!) were super comfy & cozy, the kids loved the bunk room (thank you for having comfy mattresses there too) and plenty of room for dining.

The home was amazing-fantastic views and great location. The photos are a true reflection of the home. Communication with the host could not have been better.

We booked a 1 week stay over Thanksgiving for a small family wedding. The house was very clean with beautiful views of the mountains. The check-in process was very easy and the in-home guidebook made for a great resource! One thing that was an oversight on our part is that there is no access to the garage, however the covered carport protected our vehicles nicely. Overall, it was a great house and the hosts were very easy to work with! The amazing views and massive windows were an added bonus! We would definitely recommend this VRBO to other families!

Overall, I would consider booking again. There is no doubt the place was beautiful, not just the scenery alone, but the building itself was gorgeous inside and outside. From the moment you walk in, the place was breathtaking. The contact person, Tracy, was responsive to the call we made on the first day regarding issues that were broken. We did have four issues. Yes, wifi is provided, but it is satellite internet which we tested was about 10MBs down. To be fair, you cannot expect perfect WIFI in the location that you were in. One netflix movie going in the living room was fine. But add anything else to the mix and you will be going at a crawl. Some of the items were broken when we arrived: The outdoor grill did not ignite and required the use of a lighter. The ice machine did not work, but ice was provided in the freezer in a bag. The locks on the external doors are very annoying to operate. Did we figure out how to use them? Yes, with the help of the binder that provided decent instructions and why they are used (for the elements). Was it still very annoying? Yes. Finally, the cleaning requirements. They had a binder that requested certain things be done which I believe were not standard. For example, they asked us to do one load of towel laundry before we leave. Why? Is that not part of the cleaning fee? Overall, I would come and book here again. I would research first at better options, but this would place I'd still consider!

Great views and comfortable environment with living room and deck. Layout allow for the bridal party to separate for many hours with hairdresser and make up teams for the women.
