Make your way up the charming front steps and into the historic home via the smart keyless lock where you are greeted with bright, sun-filled rooms, soft comfortable furnishings and space for the whole family to spread out and make yourself at home. The home has been beautifully restored and offers 3 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge, sparkling bathrooms and a fun kids rec room downstairs.

LIVING AREA
The living space offers a cozy place to come and relax with a plush chaise lounge surrounding the decorative fireplace and large wall mounted smart TV. Watch all your favorite TV shows with access to all your favorite streaming apps

KITCHEN & DINING
Step through into the serve-through kitchen which despite its compact size, comes fully equipped with everything you could need to cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven with a gas cooktop, a built in microwave and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

Sit up at the breakfast bar with seating for four as you brew up a fresh pot of coffee while keeping the chef company as they cook up a stack of pancakes for the group.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Off the kitchen is the first floor bedroom with a comfortable twin trundle bed and SmartTV. You'll also get your own deck with views of the fenced in yard!

Make your way upstairs to the second level where you will find the master bedroom with a luxuriously large king bed topped with only the best hotel quality linen and bedding for that perfect night’s sleep. There is a lovely reading chair by the window and a small workspace and ottoman as well as an additional smart TV atop the spacious dresser.

The bright third bedroom offers a soft queen bed with yet another TV to make sure everyone is entertained and access to the second level balcony with views out to the charming neighborhood below.

There is a central bathroom upstairs that offers a sparkling bath with an overhead shower, a nook filled with soft fluffy towels and a vanity stocked with all the essentials. Downstairs is the second half bath with an additional toilet and vanity.

Off the living room is the entrance to the downstairs rec room and the laundry nook. Take your time down the stairs where you will find the play space lined with soft foam flooring and equipped with toys, a tepee, board games and two bean bags. Hours and hours of fun for kids and teens where they can hang out and give the adults some quality vacation time.

Also in the basement space is the laundry with a large washing machine and dryer along with complimentary detergent and dryer sheets to keep you feeling clean and fresh during your stay.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Make your way outside onto the porch with a sitting area overlooking the grassy backyard where you can order up a pizza from the restaurant just a five minute walk away and then sit with a drink or two after a fun day spent exploring this beautiful city.

- No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
- Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends).  The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
- Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
- Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

    Thankfully we were just using the place to sleep between baseball games. When we arrived, the front stairs are completely overgrown which made access slightly difficult. The bedroom with the twin beds is very squished if you’re using both beds. Also only 2 outlets worked and the tv remote was broken. There were dirty dishes put away with the clean ones. Much of the place was dusty and had musty scent. On the balcony there were two chairs, one with the armrest and back were broken and it was not useable. The other that was rickity and not sturdy. There was also a broken slate in the railing. In the downstairs bathroom, there were two nails not seated down in the threshold which caught on someone’s sock and ripped it. There was blood on the back of the upstairs bathroom door. In the master bedroom, the controls for the fans did not work. The host said we could park on the back pad but because of the dumpster and tree limb clippings, we could not fit our car. Good enough to lay your head but nothing fancy.

    Enjoyed our stay. Management was very responsive to questions and some suggestions I had to make future guests' stays even better. The home was clean and offered plenty of space for our family. It is centrally located and easy to get to local attractions and close to the highway. It is located at the end of a street that is a circle and is next to a busy street. So as the listing says the road noise and proximity to the fire station doesn't offer the quietest of sleeping conditions. But that wouldn't deter us from staying here again.

    The property was very clean and just as advertised. We had a small problem with one of the bathrooms on day1 but the property manager was very responsive and the issue fixed while we were out that day and was fine when we got back. Biggest draw back was the property was right next to a busy street and the traffic noise was evident at night. It is also one block away from a Fire Station and the fire trucks went out at least twice a night with sirens, waking us up each time.

    This home is perfect for a family friendly stay, or a weekend with friends! It had all of the essential needs stocked in every room. Was nice and tidy, and you feel at home while you’re there. The neighborhood was easy to find and calm and quiet. There are stairs(as pictured), so I contacted ABODEbucks to see if there were baby gates, and they got right back to me to let me know there was not, so I knew I just grabbed a couple to keep the toddlers off the stairs. They were extremely responsive any time I needed to contact them. They even allowed us to check out a bit late, which was extremely appreciated. We absolutely plan to visit again very soon!
