Memorable stay! Celebrated Thanksgiving with our family and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed every part of this house, especially the pool table and shuffleboard. Will be back!

The description doesn't adequately describe this unique property. On a warm summer day, you can play basketball, pickleball, shuffleboard, pool, plus bike and BBQ while enjoying the park-like yard. This place is a real gem. Loved it. I've rented dozens of short-term rentals for work retreats. The King Cooper Mountain Mansion was among the top 3 ever. The house is immaculate. So much effort must have gone into restoration of this mansion.

As always, never disappoints. Beautiful property and they think of everything. See you next year.

Magical!! The farmer’s market, hiking around Lake Como and more made Hamilton an amazing backdrop for family fun, but even more amazing was this historical mansion!! Our party of 19 never had a dull moment between pickleball, basketball, corn hole, poker, shuffleboard, pool, AND the bicycles may have been the biggest hit of all! The hot tub was also fantastic! Everyone, ages 7 to 70, had a great time! We cooked, baked, BBQ’d, and smoked a brisket on the Traeger during our stay; taking advantage of all the amenities provided. Two dishwashers and two large sinks made for quick cleanup! Large dining areas made family style dining easy. Each room upstairs was charmingly decorated and the bunk rooms downstairs were great! All the comforts of home on this beautiful property. The hosts were kind, easy to work with, and promptly responded to our questions. Check-in/check-out procedures were easy peasy. 10/10 and will definitely return!

Hamilton shopping and coffee shops, pickleball, an amazing yard to enjoy weather…….and a biggie in our family the best water pressure when 10 people are showering. Do not miss this adventure!

We enjoyed this home and location so much! To begin with, the communication from the owners is unmatched. Stephanie answered my questions and gave so many tips and suggestions for things to do. We appreciated that and put them to use! The house was SO clean and perfectly set up. They put forth so much effort into the details. Stocked mini fridges, a cute snack basket, etc. After claiming rooms half of our group ran right outside to start playing pickleball and enjoy the beautiful property. We could walk down the street to restaraunts, shopping and more! We had a family group of 19 and everyone was so happy with this home. We had everything we could ask for in the kitchen and made cappuccinos every morning. When we were getting ready to leave, Stephanie reassured us that we didn't need to do a thing, just enjoy every last minute we had on vacation. No chores! Thank you for that! I would recommend this place to anyone with a group of people. We were never on top of each other and had so many things to do. Hamilton is great!

This property exceeded our already high expectations! Our host was amazing. She was patient with my questions and responded immediately to every communication prior to our arrival. The home was immaculate and comfortable. Perfect place for my very large family to gather and conveniently located. The amenities on the property kept us all busy.

This property is impeccably maintained, extremely comfortable, and full of activities for everyone! The well manicured yard is a vacation in itself, the kitchen is extremely well stocked, and there was enough room for everyone in a large extended family to find their own space. This place was amazing and very very accommodating for all that we needed. Soo many beds and bathrooms!!! Beautiful house with an amazing sound system on the TV.... make sure you turn it up and sit on the couch! Thank you for all you helped us with, highly recommend to any groups traveling this way.

We had a great time! The house had everything we could need and more. So much for everyone to do we could have stayed twice as long and not gotten it all done!

We recently held our annual staff retreat at this exceptional mansion, and it was the perfect choice for mixing work, team building, and fun. The property is spacious, beautifully maintained, and filled with thoughtful amenities—especially the coffee bar and pickleball court, which were team favorites. From check-in to check-out, the management made everything seamless, ensuring we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We truly felt at home and look forward to returning for future retreats!

Every year we go somewhere we’ve never been. It’s a gathering of all our siblings for a week of games and shenanigans. This year we chose Hamilton, MT because of the Broadway musical. Whe. We found this property we didn’t think there was any way it would live up to the listing. We were wrong. In fact it exceeded them. The location to town. The quiet location. Nearness yo hiking and fishing. Everything was perfect. The kitchen was amazing with the multiple dishwashers. The professional range. Oh and let’s not forget the Traeger on which we smoked prime rib for the entire crew of 11. Oh the hot tub held about 8 which worked for us. Well, everything worked for us. The grounds were immaculate. It was perfect. Thank you!!!!
