Stayed Aug 15, 2025My family and I had a great stay here. Plenty of room for the 6 adults and 3 kids in our crew. Yard offered plenty of space for kids to roam, and the street was really quiet—but still a quick walk to Shore Road and the beach beyond that. When minor issues did arise (garbage disposal not working, back door light out), Ryan was very responsive and able to quickly fix things.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Cleanliness was subpar and some of the furniture was dirty and aged. Overall, very dated and oddly laid out and not well maintained. Everything felt moist and dingy and very humid in the home. Can’t use outdoor space as it is in a crowded neighborhood, so after 9pm you have to be quiet as neighbors will complain.Location and price were great! Having a 6 bed bunk room with its own bathroom was great for traveling with kids.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025Great home. Immaculately clean, well stocked with EVERYTHING you need and then some to enjoy your home away from home stay in Ogunquit. Super easy to book, and the host, Ryan was super responsive. The property is within walking distance to the beach shops and restaurants…and very close to the entrance to the marginal way. Nice outdoor patio space to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Will be back again soon.
