This is a 160 sq.m. traditional three level villa, surrounded by large paved terraces, by fruit trees and vineyards, of total surface of 1000 m2.
Belonging to the island’s traditional architectural style of 1930, the villa is made of thick stone walls, with a spacious patio and large verandas with a marvelous view of Chora, the villages which climb at the mountain opposite, and the infinite blue.

It has been renovated with love and lots of personal work over the years, and itwill provide you unique moments of pure nature and sun pleasure.

Magnificent beaches and crystal clear sea water may be reached at a 10-30min drive.

The residence lays on the main path (trail no.1) of the island, which
climbs to the beautiful hill among the orchards, and above the valley. Andros is truly a walker’s paradise.

Alba Andros Traditional Villa can be an ideal choice for families and couples, wishing to enjoy relaxing holidays in an elegant Aegean island; and to explore the numerous beaches, sites and cultural spaces of Andros.

It is a spacious property with many relaxing shady or sunny spots for any preference. Well protected by occasionally strong winds, and with extraordinary view.
The family friendly house can comfortably welcome 4-5 people.

On the 2nd floor of the house there is a single bedroom, a master bedroom (queen-sized double bed,) which is connected to an extra children's bedroom-playroom.

An extra sofa/bed may be available at the living room on the 1st floor, if needed.
There is a master bathroom at the house as well as master kitchen fully equipped, and dinning area.
The house includes Free WiFi, TV, DVD.
Fresh towels and sheets are provided.
A private and secure parking is also available within the property.

    A beautiful house above Chora with a great view over the valley and the bay. With the big living room the house was able to accommodate the 6 of us. My favorite spot was the shady outside space under a very old olive tree with a magnificent view over the bay of Chora.
