Family-Friendly Palm River Estates House!

Jason, our host, was fabulous and responsive. His video for heating the pool was easy to follow and even though the weather was cold in Florida, we were able to enjoy the spa tub and pool for a small additional fee. He gave us great recommendations for local eating and activities. Definitely would come back to this place when in Naples, Florida.

Our family loved our stay and didn’t want to leave! The pool is a nice size and gets ton of sunshine all day long. The house looks exactly like the pictures and was really clean, had everything we needed! Really nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. The property had so much privacy and lovely greens surrounding the yard- felt like a tropical oasis. Thanks for a great spring break stay, hope we can return again soon!

The house was exactly as described and what we were looking for. The pool was wonderful as well. Everything was as described and as pictured and we really appreciated the extras like the beach equipment. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions.I wouldn’t rent from Evolve again though. I tried to submit a booking directly through their website and they didn’t finalize the reservation and did not provide any specific reason why. I submitted the reservation through VRBO and it was accepted very quickly. The difference that I’m upset about is that I’m paying the 200 VRBO fee rather than booking direct with Evolve. It just feels shady.

We would return to this home again, in fact we didn’t want to leave. Everything was as described or better.

This home was perfect for our family vacation! It was clean and had everything we needed. Also, communication with property owner was timely and convenient! I would recommend!

The Palm River Estates house was absolutely perfect. The location of the home is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood near the LaPlaya Golf Course. It is conveniently located near beaches, stores, and all that Naples has to offer. The home itself was expertly appointed, decorated and maintained. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The beds and baths were comfortable and met all our needs. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained and we enjoyed many days and evenings in the outdoor spaces. This house will meet all of your vacation needs. We cannot recommend it enough and think anyone who is looking for a rental in north Naples would enjoy this comfortable and cozy home. It truly felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed a perfect stay as Jason, the owner, was extremely conscientious in making sure we had everything we needed. We have never had a host who was so friendly, kind and attentive. We sincerely thank Jason for making sure we had a lovely stay.

Everything as advertised. Couldn't get the pool/hot tub warm enough but everything else was fine.
