Family friendly Oceanfront Duplex at the Beach

Everything was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay. You couldn't get any closer to the beach. The patio was awesome. The host was wonderful. The whole house was comfy. Would stay again.

The property is easy to locate and features walking distance to the beach. Hosts are kind and very welcoming. The patio was open to the sounds of the ocean. We used the grill, wave board, chairs, umbrella, and children's toys; there was even a kayak and fishing pole. Highly recommended for a couple's or family's vacation. We plan to return as often as we can in the future.

Great location and close to everything. Hosts accessible whenever needed. Property fully stocked including incredible real life ocean wave sounds!!!!! Best possible rental to easily walk a few steps for sunrise in your PJ's.

Couldn’t ask for a better quick vacation with my family. The ocean was just a few steps away. The property had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay so much! I would gladly book this site again. 10/10

Great location, close to everything. Everything was very clean and the space was ample. The exterior patio is the gem of this property, we had bad weather most of our stay so we didn't get to fully enjoy it. Warning, the beach access is not private and was quite busy on the days that it was nice. Parking is a bit wonky if you have 2 vehicles but the owner is very accommodating and it's doable. Having to walk through the main bedroom to enter and exit the unit was unexpected and we were not comfortable trying to use the laundry as the owner had something in the dryer the entire time and we didn't want to move it. The owner was great but they were home pretty much the entire week and there was a lot of noise from them walking around upstairs, especially early in the morning. Not complaining, as we enjoyed our stay, just think folks should understand how it is set up. We would recommend staying there and we may rent it again while we are there visiting our son.

Great place close to beach out back door! Plenty of room and nice patio to sit and watch kids.

This property is the best we've stayed at yet, proximity to the beach and the yard was excellent for us,especially our grandchildren, nothing blocking our access.The inrerior space was clean and comfortable. Outdoor space was awesome for relaxing and grilling our meals.

The property was handy to the beach, well located for amenities, and close to our extended family, who were staying within walking distance just down the beach.

The location was amazing! We loved walking over the dune to the beautiful beach to watch the sunrise, swim, or walking with our morning coffee. The host was super friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and taken care of! Planning to come back as soon as we can. 11/10

Beautiful and perfect!

After a snag checking in, the rest of the stay was magical. The location is prime. I always stay right on the sand but I believe I prefer having a sand dune as a nature scape now. The backyard is amazing and being able to utilize the lower deck was perfect. There is public beach access on one side of the house but you really don’t notice because of the location. Loved our stay. Will be back.

Everything about our stay was wonderful...beautiful home with a beautiful view! We had everything we needed and the place was spotless. Our hostess was very responsive and helpful. Parking was great considering how close we were to the beach. Highly recommend!

Only downside is we could hear the people upstairs walking around which was not that quiet.

It was ok. The place was fine just a few little issues.

Met our east Coast kids (we’re from Seattle) for a beach (warm) holiday. FANTASTIC location. Uncrowded beaches. Fabulous restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend. A quick 50? step walk over the dunes and you’re on the beach. A great 1 mile walk north to grab Starbucks in the morning and catch the sunrise. Well equipped for cooking in or reheating leftovers from one of the great dining locations. Walkable to grocery, pharmacy, coffee, ice cream. Family lives above the vrbo unit and noise travels, but it was a holiday week/end and likely more occupants upstairs than usual. Very engaging & helpful hosts.

Great place and awesome host, beach is right over the dune and was great for the kids to play. Host is awesome, she made sure we had everything we needed. Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is right on the beach and couldn’t possibly be more convenient. It also has a great outdoor seating area…Our host was very nice and responds quickly to any questions you may have. I be would recommend to anyone!!

Very welcoming host. Easy communication. Very accommodating for family with baby. Has everything one might need on the beach, even an outdoor shower to rinse off. Backyard has beautiful landscaping. Comfortable 3 bedrooms. Living room is spacious

Owners live above and can be heard walking around in the mornings. All of the furniture is from the 70s, particularly the beds, pillows (which were only two), and sheets. And, the whole house smelled as if cats lived there. In fact, one cat hung out by the back door and acted as if it lived inside. However, despite the smell of cats, the inside was clean. Also, friends of the owners are allowed to come and use the outdoor shower by the porch. We were surprised one night by their friends who felt at home walking around the property and were not concerned that we were there. Very misleading description of the property and would not recommend it or return. Money not well spent and a get away that will not be memorable!!

This is a great location, easy, clean, wonderful amenities and right on the ocean. Owner was very responsive. Highly recommend.
