We offer everything you might need for little ones, including portable cribs, a high chair, stroller, and lots of books and toys. Just let us know what you’d like set up and we’ll have it ready for your arrival.

5. Kids' Flex Room (Basement): 1 Queen Bed with a pull-out twin trundle and a twin futon chair that folds flat into a bed (This room is ideal for families with children—the extra beds are tucked away when not in use, so please let us know in advance if you’d like them set up!)

There are very few places to bring children on a vacation where you feel like there are more toys, games and thoughtful touches for them than you would find in your own home. We’re tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac with friendly neighbors and lots of privacy. Right across the street is a small forest with trails—great for little explorers.

You're just minutes from Boulder’s extensive bike trail system, nearby parks, and playgrounds. Quick access to Foothills Parkway and Arapahoe Ave makes it easy to get to downtown Boulder, the mountains, or Denver.

5 minutes to grocery stores (Whole Foods, Safeway)

10 minutes to Pearl Street Mall and Boulder Canyon

We can't say enough about how much we loved this house! Its so full of love, and warmth, that we hope to emulate some of this within our own home. All 10 of us felt very much at home and can't imagine that anyone, wouldn't. From the kitchen, to bedrooms, to playrooms, to the backyard, was such a pleasure to be in, that we still marvel at how much time and care must have been put into such an amazing house.
