Stayed Jun 8, 2024The house was as advertised. Plenty of room for our family. It was nice being in a neighborhood and so close to the beach. We rented a golf cart and found parking at beach access 29 without any problem. We loved using the backyard pool. Only recommendation would be to have a 2nd garbage can since it is picked up Monday. By the time we left on Saturday morning it was completely full. I would recommend staying here. Communication with the owners was quick and efficient.

Stayed Oct 26, 2023We had a great time at this property. Everything was clean, there were plenty of towels and the kitchen was stocked ! We spent time inside and outside and loved everything about this house. Conveniently located and the owners were so nice/easy to work with. Definitely recommend this stay for groups.

Stayed Sep 14, 2023Our trip was amazing! Fernandina Beach is a beautiful place! The house was amazing and also has 2 bathrooms. The listing is only 1 bathroom. The pool was a great bonus, but needed a good cleaning. The house was very clean and the hostess left some very nice gifts for the Bride to Be!

Stayed Jul 29, 2023The house was just an overall lovely stay! Due to some rain the pool was a little murky, but Elizabeth resolved it immediately and had the pool company out within an hour! The location is top notch, we were less than 10 minutes from everything we needed and very accommodating for families. Will definitely consider booking again!

Stayed Jul 21, 2023The house was very nice. Plenty of space for 10 people. The pool area is great. Beaches and downtown are a 5 minute drive and easy to get too. Great spot for visiting Amelia Island.
