Family Friendly Luxury 3/2 Home

This is a great property with many wonderful amenities! Most importantly for us, was the hot tub and pool. They worked perfectly and were well-maintained! As a family travelling from Canada, we also appreciate a property with beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys, bikes, etc. The house has several updated appliances that make the house feel like home: washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, a great blender, two coffee machines, etc. Bluetooth for the lanai is a small but fun detail! The neighborhood is gorgeous, safe, and well-maintained. Proximity to shops and beaches is great. A couple small updates we would recommend are more towel hooks and perhaps a drying rack for the lanai. We play hard in the water and go through towels and swimsuits like crazy. We struggled getting them to dry with limited racks/hooks. Perhaps unique to us, we spend a lot of time in the home after dark reading or doing puzzles. We would recommend more light/higher wattage for these activities in the darker months. Lastly, we'd like to mention this house is close to the airport and a busy road. It didn't really bother us much (we're quite loud ourselves!) but for those seeking a peaceful retreat, please keep this in mind. Keith and Beth live across the street and welcomed us upon arrival. They were friendly and responsive to anything we needed and gave us tips and advice on attractions in the area. Thank you for a great vacation getaway!

This house is beautiful!! Layout is perfect. Each side of the house has its own space with the living room and kitchen as central hang outs. Neighborhood is pristine. Front gate staff is very professional and friendly. Location of the house was great. We felt like we were 15 minutes from everywhere. Keith was more than accommodating and welcoming. This was our first time staying in a house rather than a hotel and it was a great experience.

This was our second time at this property. We really enjoy the home and the large pool. The home is clean and pictures are accurate. It's only about 10 minutes to several beaches and also great dinning at 5th Ave. The hosts Keith and Beth greet you when you arrive then again on the way out. Keith was very helpful finding additional things to see and do while we were there. We're already planning a trip back in October.

The house met all of our expectations. The house is beautiful and we especially enjoyed the saltwater pool. The location provides easy access to restaurants in Naples .

This was my first experience with VRBO and this home exceeded my expectations. The pictures are accurate - the house is lovely and the pool is outstanding. The neighborhood is clean and safe. But probably the best part were the hosts Keith and Beth. They welcomed me soon after my arrival to make sure I had been able to get in ok and gave me some hints regarding the area. I was familiar with Naples but it was nice to get some new recommendations. They live in Briarwood so it was nice to have them close by. I'm happy that I will be renting one of their other properties next year and going forward. This trip was everything I was hoping for and even more!!!! Can't wait to return next year and for years to come.

The only items we suggest is that the bathroom vents needed to be cleaned as they were dirty. All else was good.

Loved the house. Spacious house, very clean, great pool and hot tub. We always have a wonderful time when we're in Naples!

My husband and I booked this house for part of our tenth wedding anniversary celebration. It was perfection! Keith and Beth answered all our questions in a timely manner and made a point to wish us farewell in person. The pictures do not do the house justice. The gated community is quiet and beautiful. The house is extremely clean with wonderful personal touches all throughout. It was well-stocked with linens, kitchen items, basic laundry necessities, etc. All you need is your bathing suit and a willingness to relax! The pool and lanai area was our favorite! It is totally private and cannot be seen from anywhere but inside the house. Though we had no children with us, the area is completely safe for all ages as there are alarms on each door that accesses the pool area. Keith recommended a nice farmers market minutes from the house and pointed us to the beaches nearby. They were pristine! We look forward to staying in this beautiful area again! Our week was perfect. We highly recommend this property!
