Family-Friendly Lincoln Home w/ Sandbox & Grill!

Host was thoughtful in making sure there was clean linen extra towels toiletries Kitchen well stocked with appliances It's close to Holmes Lake and whole foods The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We enjoyed our walks to the coffee shop nearby

This house was a week-long stay while we visited family north of Lincoln. We found the house to be *perfect* for what we needed. The house was casually decorated and utterly ready to relax in, whether upstairs or down. The kitchen was clean, fully stocked, and we were able to find everything we needed. The neighborhood (and neighbors!) were quiet, and we could come and go as we needed to. While we would usually agree that we could stay somewhere again, this house is one that we will be actively seeking out in the future.

We were visiting Nebraska from California and needed an affordable and accommodating place to stay in Lincoln. This house was more than enough for the four of us. Our 17-year-old son really enjoyed having the entire basement to himself. He had his own bathroom, living room, and bedroom. The bathrooms were well equipped with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and hand lotion. There were plenty of clean towels for us, and the washer and dryer in the basement allowed us to reduce the amount of dirty laundry we lugged back to California. This home is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and it is located within 15 minutes to the Sunken Garden, Holmes Lake, CHI Health St. Elizabeth Hospital (Emergency), downtown Lincoln, UNL (Huskers) stadiums, the State Capitol, and a 250 kW Tesla Supercharger. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Nebraska.

Great communication from host, the place worked so well for two families to share. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy, nicely stocked kitchen with everything we needed, and the house was beautifully decorated. Thanks!

Everything was excellent, with the exception of No washcloths or Kleenex.

The place was great, smelled nice and was very inviting. Instructions were easy to handle and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The amenities provided were helpful and everything worked like it should.I would one hundred percent come back and recommend it to anyone.

Property was as described. Kids enjoyed the same in the back. Short walk to a park. We had an issue with the Internet and the contact arrived quickly to fix it. We would stay again.

Property was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet and really cute! Would definitely stay again. My boys loved the basketball hoop in the basement!

This is a well-maintained, well-equipped and comfortable home with LOTS of room for multiple people. The unusual amenities included a large backyard, completely outfitted office, and play area for children both in the refinished basement area and outside. Perfect for two families to share. The usual amenities were also excellent- hot water, water pressure, heating and cooling and very comfortable beds. Communication with the host was good. The home is near lots of shopping and other services. The price charged was lower than some others in the area that don't offer as much.

Overall was great!!

Nice place to gather and enjoy family time. Had an issue, but host was able to get it fixed. Only downside was neighbors were partying outside late and it affected the ability to get to sleep in 2 of the bedrooms.

Was a great property. One of the better equipped homes we have ever rented.
