FAMILY-FRIENDLY LEAVENWORTH CHALET MINUTES FROM DOWNTOWN, WALK TO RIVER FLOAT!

The house was great! However, there was no soap in either shower which would have been appreciated. The upstairs bedroom we couldn't use because it's really bright so our fault.

Great location, check in and out was easy, loved the hot tub and that the house was decorated for Christmas. My son (11) loved seeing the deer so up close. One of them took a liking to him and he even fed her an apple. He said he will remember that forever. A forever memory made in your home. He even took a video of the encounter and it’s adorable! We enjoyed Leavenworth and this property

We were very impressed with your home with all the amenities that you would ever need! The rooms are large and very comfortable for all ages and dog friendly! They give you information of available restaurants (dog friendly too) places to see and do. The grandkids enjoyed the game room, the adventure Park that is just down the road, and the comfy couches to watch TV. Their parents enjoyed putting a puzzle together on your awesome dining table room for so many. The hot tub was enjoyed after kayaking on the river. Us seniors enjoyed the back patio and the warm sun. Town is so close to enjoy shopping and dinners out. Will definitely come back!

The house is beautiful! It is a very comfortable place and has a really nice hot tub. It is in a quiet location near the river and only a mile from town. We were there for 5 nights and would definitely book it again.

Such a wonderful house and the location to town is perfect. There’s a river entrance less than a 2 min walk from the house and getting to town was 6 mins. It was perfect for toddlers and had plenty of space for 4 adults as well! Hope to stay again!

Our family of 5 was very pleased with this house near Leavonworth (2 minute drive and 25 minute walk in the snow)! It was a beautiful winter wonderland when we arrived and the house was clean andcomfortable. The large dining room table was amazing as well as the very large living room, open kitchen with everything you need for cooking and 2 bedrooms with king beds on the first floor. There are also two bathrooms on the first floor. The game room with a foosball and ping pong table was great for family time together. (There is a small heater to heat up the room which is a garage turned game room). The hot tub outside in back was lovely after a day of skiing and we enjoyed it a lot. The upstairs is a loft with a queen bed and open to the living room below. The person sleeping there needs to be a night owl and a morning person as they can hear people downstairs as there are no doors and the light from the windows in the living room shines brightly when the sun rises. Otherwise, it is a cozy room although my daughter said the bed was a little hard. We found the other beds comfortable and cozy. It is located a 2 minute walk to the golf course with sledding, cross country skiing and snowshoeing! It was also nice that our dog could come along and he loved the snow!One thing to note is that you need to bring your own soap, shampoo, coffee, oil, sugar and hot tub towels.(only 2 provided)Overall, a wonderful place to stay! The property was clean and as advertised. The beds were nice and soft and the hot tub was amazing. It is a little too far to walk to downtown Leavenworth from along the road especially since there weren’t any sidewalks along the road it is down. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This was an excellent location for exploring Leavenworth for a weekend. Reminder to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! Not a great location for dogs (busy road nearby and the yard is not fenced). The house was spotless and had a lot to offer. Thank you for a clean and spacious place to stay.

This is such a cozy home, and it was decorated beautifully for the holidays. Very close to town and a fantastically appointed kitchen. I would highly recommend!

The house was very clean and well cared for. All of the kitchen tools and appliances were in good condition. We were pleasantly surprised to see the house had been decorated for the holidays. It was an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolute blast at this home. Everything in the photos is accurate. The place is wonderful and has so many amenities that we made breakfast every day without having to change our routine. The house was very clean and welcoming. We already want to go back and stay longer!

We love staying at this property. Perfect location to drop into the river with tubes. House is so comfortable & welcoming. It has all the basic things you need for a trip. Hot tub at the end of the day is a wonderful bonus!

The pictures are accurate of this property, it's a short drive outside of town and so quiet and peaceful. The teens enjoyed the games in the garage and the property has nice appliances and met our needs.

Great house with lots of space for our family and dogs. Loved having ping pong, foosball and a clean hot tub! So nice to be right next to the river and a quick drive to the shops.
