Family-Friendly Lakefront Home with Hot Tub and Kayaks

This property is one of the best we have ever stayed in!! The host, Mindy, was so easy to deal with and really stepped up to make this a fantastic stay for our family. This home had everything we needed and then some! We loved the ability to use all of the water toys provided and we were blown away with the decked out garage where we enjoyed our nights together. Sylvan lake is a hidden little gem! Mindy also recommended we rent a pontoon boat for the day to check out the whole lake. We are definitely making our way back to this property!

The house and the shallow lake there make it perfect for young kids! Plus kayaks, bikes, swim platform, paddle boards, fishing poles etc.. anything you could need for a great lake vacation!

We had a great time would recommend this place for anybody. We were very excited as the house was way more than what the pictures showed.

We had six adults and 5 kids and we were all very impressed with this vacation home. Everything was beautiful and was easy access for my one granddaughter in a wheelchair. She had a ton of room to be able to get around. So many awesome amenities with this property there was something for everyone. We will definitely be back again.

Beautiful home situated just a handful of steps from the lake. Ample space to gather or spread out into your own peaceful areas with multiple spaces for entertainment or relaxation. The water toys provided were put to great use in both the swim area and with our boat. The dock space was simple to access with the boat launch just a few minutes drive away and even less via water. Being situated at the end of the road the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and came with very friendly neighbors, the perfect environment for our small children. Although the stay was mostly seemless and we didnt need to contact the owner, leading up to our visit they were very responsive and detailed with information on the home. Only downside was the loft space 'bedroom' which was too public for our liking, but we were able to utilize the 2nd living room instead for added space and privacy for the 4th family we had staying at the property. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and made many lasting memories.
