We really enjoy this home! Great size and location near the University of Rhode Island Campus. Host is always great, and appreciate how accommodating they are! Highly recommend!

This was an “off season” stay as we were in town for a wedding. The house was centrally located to all activities we had planned and there was plenty of room for our ten guests. Rooms were spacious and clean. Host was very communicative throughout. Overall a very good impression.

Beautiful home very well kept up and decorated. Very thoughtful with the furniture, rugs, kitchen needs, etc. Bedroom layout and 2 full baths inside (plus outside shower) make it very comfortable for multiple families.

Amazing house - comfortable and great location in Bonnet Shores. Owners were very comunicative and gave great recommendations of things to do in RI. They take great care of their house! Perfect for two families with adult children offering plenty of room to hang out. Really made our vacation so enjoyable.

Classy, beautiful and comfortable from the start to finish! We had beautiful weather and a beautiful house for a family vacation including multiple generations of Gen X, pack of Millennials and an infant. I cannot recommend this enough. Five stars. Our landlord was attentive, thorough and considerate.

great communication - very nice house - great layout of rooms! they do not provide towels or sheets but the let us know ahead of time and stayed in close touch.

Four households traveled to Narragansett for a thirtieth birthday surprise, and this property worked perfectly for us. It is very clean and well appointed, and Marty was a very kind and communicative host. Plenty of room to congregate but also a ton of sleeping spaces. Hope to stay again. Highly recommend.

We had another great stay here! The house had everything our group needed and was very convenient to the beach.

My family rented this house for our extended family vacation. There are 11 of us in all. The house was perfect. 5 bedrooms plus a kids room, two large bathrooms and a nice open living room and kitchen with a deck. Martin was very communicative and welcoming from the start. He had lots of suggestions for places to eat. We all had a lot of fun and would definitely consider staying again.

We had a great stay at this house. It clearly gets cleaned well between guests. The layout was great for a family with kids. The house was well stocked with your general kitchen needs and was great to have a grill on the back deck. The location is great being only 10-15min to the state beaches and less than a mile walk to the private Kelly beach. Communication with the owner was also very good. This is definitely a house we will look to stay at again.

The house and the hosts were amazing. Their warm hospitality made our stay a pleasure. They provide everything you need to be comfortable and the house is super clean. We love Kelly beach for the little ones. My family is big fans of Brickleys and Monahans.

We had a wonderful week at Marty’s home. The home was set up perfectly with comfy beds, a stocked kitchen and a nice back deck for meals and relaxing. Everything is updated and clean. We all enjoyed the outdoor shower after our run around the awesome neighborhood. Marty was responsive and helpful before and during our trip. We will definitely be back!
