Stayed Dec 25, 2025We enjoyed a lovely week Christmas to New Year’s Day and the weather was great for the first 4 days! Unfortunately the pool heater broke the first night and took 2 days to repair. Once repaired, the water was warm! And the pool gets sun in the backyard most of the day! The house is well appointed , great location- easy walk to CVS and beach, grocery store is a quick drive away! The response team is super! The blender broke and they sent a new one and the same day! Beds are comfy, dual heating for upstairs downstairs.

Stayed Dec 6, 2025We were able to bring together a bunch of friends at Tide View for a fun and relaxing vacation! The dining room and outdoor patio space was perfect for relaxing, family meals, or playing games. The heated pool was incredible on cooler days, since yhe FL weather didnt work in our favor. And the hosts were incredibly responsive to any questions, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. We'd definitely book with them again!

Stayed Nov 7, 2025Property is as described. We had 6 adults and 4 children. The heated pool and fire pit were super hits- outside is so much fun that people wanted to stay out there for as much as they could. Also enjoyed the grill! The kitchen, grill, etc well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Great to have beach chairs and a carrier to take items to beach. Property owners very responsive to any questions prior to and during the visit. Close to beach, which was very pleasant during this November weekend. We had an excellent weekend with everyone very happy with house.

Stayed Sep 5, 2025We enjoyed our week stay, beach was a quick drive down the street and neighborhood was quiet. Pool water was hotter than a hot tub and an improvement would be to install a cool zone for the hot summer months. Kitchen was adequate to cook meals in and grill worked great for steaks. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

My husband had a big birthday the day before Thanksgiving and we met our son and daughter-in-law in JAX beach to celebrate both. Great house. Stayed Aug 30, 2024This house meet most of our needs for the trip. The amenities were just as they were shown in the pictures. Even though the home had been upgraded and updated it's still an older home and 2 of the 3 bathrooms are very small. Overall if I had to I would stay here again.
