Our beach house is located in a peaceful neighborhood that is just a short walk to the beach and still close enough to the boardwalk to bike or even for a long walk there. We have a well-equipped kitchen, two laundries, and an outdoor shower. We have decks on the back of the house with hammocks, swings, and lounge chairs, and we even a small work area with a desk in the main bedroom on the second floor for those times you need to check in. This is a great place to bring your family, especially children. The Virginia Aquarium and their adventure park are just a 15 minute walk away (you can also drive, especially if it rains), and we provide bikes and some beach toys as well.

The owner was very responsive when I had questions. The house is very nice! The check in was very easy. Very nice relaxing property! Please note.. you will definitely get your steps in climbing the stairs.:)

Great host! Very involved and attentive. Had everything we needed. Two blocks from the beach. Croatan is a great little neighborhood off the main strip which allowed for a smaller, more local crowd. Highly recommend.

This is one of our favorite stays. The house is huge, and fully equipped for a great time at the beach. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, museums, water parks, and minutes from the VA beach (main) strip. You get the privacy of Croatan beach with all the amenities of the ocean front right next door. We cannot recommend this property enough!

We really enjoyed the home. It had plenty of space for our family and was close to all of the things we needed and wanted to experience. The owner was easy to communicate with and prompt. The space is a little dated in some aspects but they are doing upgrades where it really counts for comfort to things like AC. We loved the convenience of the outdoor shower, wash sink, and washer and dryer placement.

Had a great time staying at this beach house, very close to two beaches, host was super helpful with providing all needed info like key code and other knowledge about the area well in advance. Also solid fishing nearby, caught a hammerhead and many sea bass, would stay here again for sure!
