Stayed Jan 3, 2024The house was as advertised - warm, cozy, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Sadly, our stay was very brief as we had to end it after just two days for a personal reason. The owner’s integrity is commendable in that he refunded us the unused portion of our rental price without any qualms. No such consideration from VRBO who retained 100% of their fee. Contractually, they are of course entitled to that but anytime a company takes one’s hard earned money without having provided a viable service it always feels like a money grab, which will never cease to gall me. Thankfully, the house owner is clearly guided by moral principles for which we were most grateful and we wish him only the best.

Stayed Oct 28, 2022Host was very accommodating to our needs. Personally contacted me to check on things. Allowed a later check out time to be able to shower after our job was done. Highly recommend
