This is our second time staying here and everything was very clean, comfortable and overall great place to stay! Kitchen is very well stocked and even supplies for the dog.

The home was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The location was perfect. The only small thing we noticed was that a full size coffee pot would be a nice addition.

The house was adorable. Walking down to the lake was probably my favorite thing and the parks all over just a few blocks away. We were traveling as a family with my grandchildren.And the height, chair and pack and play came in very handy. Did all of our cooking at the house and everything we needed was there. I will plan on staying at this cute little house again.

The host was great at communicating - he responded right away and also provided a very nice welcome manual with all of the information about the house and town. The house was ideally located - within blocks of the lake, city park, grocery store, and downtown area. The house itself was beautifully renovated and had two large bathrooms (one with a free standing tub!). The kitchen was huge and stocked with everything you could possibly need. There was a closet full of toys for kids of all ages (and adults). This is a super comfortable home that the owners have put a lot of time and love into. I'd highly recommend it to anyone coming to Detroit Lakes, and I'll definitely stay here the next time I come back!

Very cute house. The bathrooms were beautiful, could use another shower, but the tub was nice also. Kitchen was fully stocked and had things you don't expect to find! Close to the lake,bars,and restaurants . We all throughly enjoyed our stay!

My parents and I had a wonderful stay during my brother's wedding weekend. The house was perfect for us - exceptionally clean with little comforts that helped us through the busy weekend. Location was great walking distance from the lake and places to eat. 10/10 - would absolutely recommend.

This was a lovely home and perfect for our friends, our small dog, and us. It had a great entryway, beautiful kitchen with a keurig and dishwasher, and a full bathroom on the main floor with washer and dryer. There were two comfortable queen-sized beds, soft linens, and lots of pillows plus a second bathroom upstairs. We were able to walk to Zorbaz, and Lakeview, both of which had outdoor seating and excellent food. Chris was a great communicator, making check-in and check-out easy. We would recommend this house and will stay here again if we find ourselves in Detroit Lakes MN.

The place was great! Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Check in was easy and communication with Chris was very easy!! He checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and to see if we had any questions. The location is fantastic--easy to walk to lots of restaurants and the beach. We had a relaxing, fun and mostly stress free stay with 3 adults and 2 teenagers. The kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfy and cozy. The patio was wonderful to have a cup of coffee or relax after troll hunting. We also loved that this place was dog friendly! All the little touches here really made it feel like home away from home. Chris and Kensie are outstanding hosts. The details in their home were above and beyond what we were expecting for our quick work weekend in Detroit Lakes. The bath salts were my personal favorite after a long day. We were able to bring our pup and after forgetting to bring his dishes, we found a water and food bowl just for our good boy! Great location! Hope to come back for a more fun getaway next time!

House is spacious and comfortable. The location was great. House is well equipped and Chris was a great host. We came for a bike trip and loved Detroit Lakes. We would love to come back.

The house was perfect for our family of 5. The pull out bed was perfect for our son with a disability and we appreciated having everything he needed on the main level. The hosts really go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We appreciated the “little things,” laundry soap, shampoo, etc; Would definitely stay again and share with friends and family.

Chris, the property owner was great at responding with any questions. The house was very clean and up to date. We loved the location. The hosts were attentive and gracious. The home was well set up for shared and private time. There were lovely soaps and shampoos in the restrooms. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and there are indoor and outdoor eating areas. Though some in our party have lived in MN for decades and others had been to the state a dozen times, we'd never been to Detroit Lakes, MN. We came to visit this quaint town and also to see Thomas Dambo's six trolls. The first troll is a 10 minute walk from this home. The other five trolls are a short drive. In visiting the trolls we saw many natural parts of MN which were beautiful and welcoming. The trip refreshed our souls and the home was a great place to return to each day and share meals.

This house was absolutely the cutest! It was so close to the lake and restaurants for our group and was the perfect size for our group of 5! Chris is such an attentive host and responds so quickly if you ever need him and is one of the best hosts I’ve ever worked with! 10/10 would stay here again if I’m needing a place to stay in Detroit Lakes!

We had such an amazing experience here! The house was beautifully done and super clean. It’s a quick walk to the beach and all the beachfront restaurants. The hosts had great communication before and throughout our stay. Every time they communicated, it was timely and relevant, we were never left wondering about anything. The expectations or rules were very clear and in line with what you’d expect for staying in someone’s home. They even had the checkout list and a binder with tons of information easily accessible. The house also had everything you could want or need, especially for families with little ones! It’s obvious that these hosts take pride in their guests experience and their home and it showed in everything they did. I would 100% come back and recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay near the beach in Detroit Lakes!
