Family cottage nestled in the pines, 7/10 mile to beach, .5 to center of town

Perfect Maine house for our family vacation! Home has all amenities needed (linens, paper goods, soap, beach chairs). Location was walkable to beach (for adults), restaurants, and ice cream! Love the outdoor shower and fire pit. Good communication with owners. One highlight was watching a young buck in the yard while drinking my morning coffee on the screened porch.

This was a great spot! The place is nestled in the woods giving a secluded cabin feel. Just a short down the driveway and there is a trolley stop which takes you right into town. The place had everything we needed, and was a great spot for our annual family get together. Thank you Amanda!

We had a fantastic family vacation here. Everything you need is provided. Fun outdoor area to spend time. Kitchen is excellent to prepare and cook. Tons of stuff within walking distance. Very private and enjoyable

Great set-up. July visit, with warmer temps. 2 of the 3 rooms had window A/C’s - the room that didn’t have A/C did have a fan had plenty of extra beds.Enjoyed the evening fire pit and plenty of games to play both outside and inside. We walked to dinners and breakfast places to help avoid finding parking - made for great week of fun!

Thank you for allowing us to rent your three bedroom home near Ogunquit Beach! We appreciated the comfortable layout including two living room areas, a nice kitchen area, three bedrooms, and a big yard! We used the outdoor shower and the firepit. We walked to the beach, sometimes took the trolley, sometimes drove. The location is convenient to many activities and stores. Ogunquit is very nice! Make sure to check out the Marginal Way!

Great visit!

I was pleasantly surprised by the open and comfy feeling of this cottage. The dining area was perfect for the family and loved having pancakes in the breakfast nook look out to the woods. The bedrooms were nicely made. It was nice there were toys for my granddaughter to play with. The firepit was perfect for s'mores and telling stories. I would love to stay here again. The cottage in the pines was exactly as advertised. We spent four nights (2 adults with 4 grown 20-something kids). Went to the beach every day and had fire pit three nights. House has beach towels and bath towels and chairs for the beach as well as bed linens so I didn’t need to bring anything which I loved! The property owner reached out to let me know we could come a little bit early that gave us a whole extra beach day!! She left some 4th of July decorations and local coffee. Easy walk into downtown. House has AC too if needed. Great for low-key family getaway.

We loved being in the woods with a large clearing for the kids to run around in but still close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants.

The cottage has lots of space to gather as a family rain or shine in comfort. Being set back from Route 1 it was extremely quite and you could sit out and enjoy the sounds of the cicadas. There were games to play if you didn’t bring your own. The campfire was a bonus as it was well stocked with wood. Although a 20 min walk to the beach it was doable with the beach caddy that was provided which was a bonus since we didn’t have one, saves on paying beach parking! Easy walk into town to do shopping. Our family enjoyed our stay! Thanks for sharing your house with us.

My family enjoyed staying here- the walk to the beach + main street was not too long, and the kids really enjoyed the yard to play in. Thanks for having us!

We had a great time at this property. It’s a very nice cottage close to shops and restaurants. Property manager very accommodating.
