I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hunter Beach house is perfectly located right near the beach and close to the shopping area.Beautiful spot, peaceful with a lovely garden and large deck.House is very well appointed with everything needed for a confortable stay. Stayed Apr 23, 2026They house was exsactly like it was listed. It not to far from the beach, and places for lunch and dinner. We all had a very nice, relaxed time and would stay there again.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025lovely location. was clean but felt like no one had stayed in a while with spiders around. Took us a while to figure out the hot water system.Loved the games, cards and old vintage furniture :)

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hunter Beach House provided a great space for my family to enjoy our holiday by the beach. The deck was a wonderful place to relax with each other and upstairs an additional space for the kids to enjoy their activities. Some small matters could be easily rectified e.g. providing chux/sponge/dishwashing detergent to allow for washing up items that don't go in dishwasher and flyscreens on sliding doors to allow airflow in the absence of air con.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time at the beach house. Overall a great place to stay with all extras that are needed. The place just needed some cleaning. lots of webs and dust and it was a bit musty on arrival. The main lounge is a bit broken and uncomfortable. But it is great to sit on the deck which we did enjoy.
