Stayed Sep 19, 2025not super impressive, however it served its purpose for a home-base while in town for a wedding. power went out at one point and no communication back from the owner. a few small issues with janky doorknobs (2nd floor balcony door not locking), but it was close to everything which is really all we needed. do not expect 5-stars here, but not terrible.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024This was the perfect little getaway for our family! The property was well maintained and the house was absolutely beautiful. Communication was amazing leading up to our stay complete with information about local things to see and do. Linens were fresh and clean throughout the house and the kitchen was well stocked. Check out was so quick and easy. Overall, the family LOVED the house and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Stayed May 30, 2024Nice, clean space to stay. Somewhat close to the beach and downtown. Liked the fans in the rooms, nice and cool. Kitchen was very well supplied with everything you need. Very nice to sit on balcony in the mornings and evenings.

Stayed May 24, 2024We spent the weekend here with our 2 kids and 2 of their friends. The house is clean, comfortable and welcoming. Had everything you could need to make quick meals for a family but also close enough several local spots if you don't feel like cooking. The kids really enjoyed playing together under the tree in the backyard after a long hot (but enjoyable) day at Atlantic Beach. This is the perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet! Loved sitting on the porch listening to the frogs after an evening rain. I hope to come back again soon. ?
