Everything was perfect

The house was nice and clean and the A/C worked well. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Plenty to do in the area. Shorty Pants was a great place to eat. We did the Ha Ha Tonka trail to the ruins. Perfect short hike. One granddaughter loved riding ponies! Rented a boat and spent a day out on the lake tubing. Dogpatch is nearby and was fun. Drinks at Margaritaville were so good! Some grandkids took in a nearby magic show. We would rent here again.

This was an ideal property for our multi-generational family reunion. The house had a lot of fun amenities for our teens (hot tub, games, etc.). It was a short walk to the neighborhood pool. There are lots of other fun activity options next door at the Margaritaville resort. We went horseback riding, which was a lot of fun. The house was great with a lot of space and sleeping options for our group.

This is our 5th year at staying at this house and we love it! Our kids enjoyed the game room and the pool near by. The hot tub is always a hit. We like how it’s tucked in a private drive and secluded. We will be back next year!

Great area, great home.

Very clean. Everything is exactly as described in listing. There was plenty of room for our large family and a nice area for game night and just hanging out.The hot tub was a big hit. Views are gorgeous! Even though its not swimming/boating season, we found a lot to do.

We had a short stay to visit Margaritaville Lake resort; this place perfectly fits our family with six kids. They even supplied a child gate for the stairs which proved very helpful with a 3-year-old.One problem came about from a prior renter who had broken the fridge, but the owner was able to supply a mini fridge until the repair man was able to fix it the following day. Overall it was a relaxing trip with excellent accommodations. We did not try out the private hot tub on the deck as we were not certain quality of the water and how often it was checked on.

This property was very clean & close proximity to plenty of activities. We enjoyed our stay & were happy with the property matching the description on the website. The only issue we had was the sliding glass door to the main patio got stuck every single time & was rather hard to open & close & we couldnt get it to lock. The door could use some maintenance BUT it didnt hinder our stay much & we enjoyed our time there!

Beautiful home, quiet location and very family friendly. Cleanliness and comfortably was 10/10. We'll be back to visit and rent again.

Paul was quick to respond and the house was amazing. Such a great location with feeling of serenity. The pools and facilities were so nice to use. Also the jacuzzi is a fabulous added feature. The size/layout/location all excellent! House had more than enough! We cooked and truly enjoyed our short time at the house.

pretty property, comfortable settings and mostly quiet during our stay. the road and driveway meet at very acute angle that make it difficult for large vehicles but not to difficult to navigate

Beautiful and relaxing stay. Felt like we were in a treehouse by the lake. Great location to hikes and state parks.
