Stayed Apr 23, 2025Our stay here was excellent. The only one thing I noticed is the shower bathroom tub upstairs was very slippery. Fall risk. Other than that everything was perfect. I would recommend this place to family .

Stayed Apr 6, 2025One of our party has a pet allergy and my search for VRBO that HAS NOT allowed pets on the property, were few and far between. This location did not disappoint; clean, comfortable, spacious, organized and was above any expectations. It was just as listed. The garage was a huge plus for us. It was a 5 day stay and the communication was prompt. Very happy.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024We stayed here for a Hawkeye football game and it was the perfect location! The neighborhood was family friendly, quiet, and brand new. The separation of floors allowed for kids and adults to have their own space. Such a great experience!

Stayed Sep 27, 2024The townhome was exceptionally clean. We were pleasantly surprised to find lots of amenities that you don't usually get....coffee pods and creamer, a snack bowl with treats, hair dryer, curling iron AND flat iron, along with q-tips and make-up pads. There was even a pack n play in the master bedroom closet for guests with infants! The location is in a quiet neighborhood, with no traffic noise at all. Communication with the owner was fabulous. My sisters and I were celebrating our 50th year high school class reunion, and this exceptional property was the icing on the cake. It was such a pleasure to come back to it, relax and enjoy our week-end! I would highly recommend this VRBO and we definitely would stay there again!
