Falmouth Luxury Retreat - Walk to Beaches - Heated Pool - Near Wood's Hole

The pool was the highlight for us. Even on chillier mornings, the heated pool was a great feature! We enjoyed the super quiet neighborhood and the ease of getting to town and to surrounding areas.

This was fantastic. We would like to rent it again next year for race week.

This house was perfection. Our family of 4 , and both sets of laws had an absolutely fantastic time. The house has everything and it’s really obvious the owners put a lot of thought into the experience. Close to everything, the house is very spacious while being cosy and homey with many special touches. The pool is also perfect. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Our family (5 adults, a 3-year old and a 10-month old) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, large, clean home. There was more than enough room to spread out, inside and out. The pool is gorgeous and the water was so refreshing. Very convenient to Woods Hole (bus depot is super easy transport to Logan Airport; and ferry to Martha’s Vineyard). Not an easy walking neighborhood but great places to walk are short drives away. We loved this home! Thank you to owners for sharing it.

This is our 6 th year renting this beautiful property. We’ve created many wonderful moments with are adult kids and grandkids that they will always remember. It has become a place of joy for us. We are thankful to the owners, Lynn and George for maintaining it beautifully and for making it available to us.

What a beautiful house, we absolutely loved our stay here. I can see why so many return to this house! It’s beautiful and the hosts have thought of everything to make your stay perfect! We’ve never vacationed on Cape Cod had no clue where to stay but after reading all the great reviews, we picked this house and it did not disappoint! Cape cod, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket are all so beautiful. A must visit at lest once in your lifetime!! We hope to get back again and will stay at George and Lynn Villa’s house, it’s just perfect and they were so easy to work with before and during our stay.

This is our second time staying at this house — which is a statement in itself. Spacious, clean, convenient are the first words that come to mind. We were a large crowd - 7 adults. There was plenty of space to congregate — in the comfy living room, big dining room or poolside. And there is plenty of space to be separate - to work separately in an “office” or just read in peace. House was well stocked (we like to cook) , comfortable beds, sheets and convenient to have towels. Thank you for a great vacation!

I cannot say enough good things about this property and our hosts. The house sits on a private lot. The pool is awesome and the house had comfortable furniture and the kitchen had everything we needed. Best Mom & Sisters trip!

Great location and great property. Our family really enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach, WoodHole, and downtown Falmouth.

This was our 5th year staying at this house and each year is better than the last! The house is well maintained and stocked with anything you may need. The pool is always the best part, along with being so close to downtown and the beach. Can’t wait to go back next year!

This property was immaculately clean - nothing needed to be done or handled. Everything was easy to find and easy to use. The pool was lovely. The owner was easily reachable for any questions that arose. Really lovely place.

The house was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with essentials. While the house and gardens are excellent, the amenity that we loved most was the pool. One of my favorite vacation rentals yet. Thank you to the owners for sharing your lovely place. We hope to be back!
